The best dentist and friendly staff best dentist in Springfield Ohio I wouldn't go anywhere but this dentist office there the greatest in Springfield Ohio

ONE OF THE WORST, I REPEAT WORST Dental experiences I have had. "Dr." Atkins is one of the most judgemental, disrespectful, uncaring dental professionals I have EVER seen. I will NEVER see him again. It doesn't matter how amazing the front staff is, or caring they seem. After hearing Mr. Atkins belittle one of his employees for the majority of my appointment. I would never recommend anyone go to this office. I have heard through the great vine about "Dr." Atkins and I thought I was being misled. I was not, and I regret EVER seeing this dental professional. Please be advised when seeing this so called "professional." I would sooner see my teeth rot out of my head then step foot in his office and hear/see him again. For fear of my identity being violated I have used an alias. That is the amount of the distrust I have for Mr. Atkins.

The staff are great! My son felt comfortable and excited to come back . They were very informative and helped accommodate with an emergency situation. I would highly recommend.

I had been suffering from an abcessed tooth for 4 days and it was Friday and they got me in Friday afternoon so I wouldn't have to suffer through the long veterans day weekend. Dr Waldren was wonderful and got straight to the problem and yanked the culprits out with no trauma. He called me later that night to make sure I was ok. His helper was excellent also, I apologise for not remembering her name.

I was personally referred to see Dr. Atkins in which he (Dr. Atkins) was an AMAZING dentist. He went above and beyond to try and resolve my issue which was NOT related to this practice. My issue is that I had a tooth filled at a previous dentist and have been experiencing an annoyance discomfort where that tooth was filled on my right side and I was a right sided chewer until this happened with my previous dentist. My ISSUE is the fact this practice saw Me several times with me having a balance in which I had been paying on. Before my last appointment I called to verify they would still see me with me having a balance because I was not sure if they would see me with me owing them money and they said YES because I have been paying on it. I go to my last appointment Dr. Atkins goes above and beyond to try and figure out my issue with this tooth, everything seems fine and I schedule for two appointments one for January in which Dr. Atkins was going to redo the filling/s because he could not figure out why I have so much sensitivity there where the previous dentist did fillings the other appointment was for April for a cleaning. I called January 15, 2019 to confirm my appointment on January 16, 2019 and they couldn't find my information. The tell me they will call me back. The eventually call me back and they tell me they sent my account to collections in which I was told MORE than one time including the last time I was seen there when I was scheduling my NEXT appointments as long as I am paying on it it is fine. They tell me my account was sent to collections at some point in December mid to end December, but yet when I sent a payment in at the end of December they gladly accepted that payment. They tell me they will let the collections company know my updated balance, but yet I receive a letter from the collections company with the higher amount. This is uncalled for!!! I was told as long as I am paying on my account it is fine, but yet when they returned my call the woman stated, it did not state that in my account that I was making payments so that is why it was sent to collections, but yet I have made different payments since I became a patient at this office and I was seen while I still had a balance. If its an issue for people to make payments, then don't say that it is okay and not notate the account, or do not say it is okay at all. It is rather annoying for ME to call to CONFIRM my appointment the day PRIOR and everyone seems confused why they cannot find my appointment or even my information. DO NOT CONTINUE TO SEE PATIENTS WHEN THEY OWE MONEY AND THEY ARE MAKING PAYMENTS, AND THEN BOOT THEM OUT FOR YOU NOT NOTATING THEIR ACCOUNT THAT THEY ARE MAKING PAYMENTS! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! THANK YOU DR. ATKINS FOR TRYING, BUT YOU MIGHT WANT TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE WHEN IT COMES TO BILLING AND SENDING PEOPLE TO COLLECTIONS!

All I can say is WOW! We've been with a doctor Waldren for years now and my husband has seen him for even longer. I've been to their office maybe 5 times in 2 years to fix my teeth that I've been having issues with. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The front desk receptionist told me "we aren't getting what we give in terms of a relationship" I asked her what that even meant. She said I did not listen to them and their advice so they are no longer able to see me. I have a balance with them that I've been paying on every week and apparently that is not good enough! I have never in my life been so upset and shocked by a doctors office! I can not believe the customer service I received all because I just asked them to fix my tooth! Would never recommend them ever again!

This is the best Dentist in town! If you want a caring very attentive Dentist go see Dr. Waldren. He tells you everything he is going to do which helps alleviate your fears. And the rest of the staff, well let's just say these girls are very efficient and helpful.
