Everyone is very pleasant. Audrey, the office manager, is especially wonderful. She is super kind and extremely helpful. Dr. Patel is top notch. He cares greatly about your comfort so he explains certain aspects of the procedure he is conducting. I highly recommend this dental practice especially if you have a hard time getting your teeth worked on They are as gentle as you need them to be.

Just got off the phone with the "office manager" very rude and unprofessional, I am not feeling well and have a new medication that could possibly interact with the novacaine, and she said that I am supposed to call and let them know ,yeah like I new I wasn't going to feel good this morning not to mention the don't open til 9 , then she says that I should have left a message but they would not have got the message til 9 when they open, just not sympathetic at all , kept going on and on about policy, like I get it , I never had a problem with this office until today , like I planned on not feeling good smh , what happened to this world and not have caring people I would have never talk to a patient like the way she spoke to me

I wanted to change from another dentist & broke a crown I've had for 30+ years so was an emergency. They took me right in and I also needed a root canal. It's been painless and I think it's probably the finest dental care I've ever received. I'm very happy to give them my highest recommendation.

I have the worst dental anxiety from years of mass health dentists ...if you know ...you know . Not only were they able to repair the damage from past work from less skilled dentists , he was so comforting , explained as he worked and it's literally the first time I havnt been on the verge of a panic attack during a procedure. I walked out with a smile I havnt seen in 4 years . I highly recommend

I love this place. I have been having extensive work done and Athol Dental is the best. I'm completely numb and feel nothing. After whatever work is done and the Novocaine wears off there is absolutely no pain whatsoever. They take their time to make sure it is done right and patient is comfortable. I even had 3 root canals/crowns in one sitting. No discomfort and no pain after. I recommend them highly!!

Dr m and his assistant (Rhonda) were beyond amazing! For my first root canal I must say they made me feel very comfortable everything went great!

So I went in for my first time for a cleaning, knowing I have a cavity. They do the cleaning and tell me they need to drill it and fill it up, standard. But as the dentist was doing my teeth, the entire time he was chatting with his assistant. I typically wouldn't have an issue except they completely messed it up. They didn't even drill out all of it, I could still see some of my cavity over my filling. I went to have them looked at it and they agreed the cavity was exposed and they said that they "think" that's what it was and we're ready to start drilling and everything without even being sure. They are kind people but extremely lazy and not very well done work.

Started going here when I pregnant because I severely needed dental work done. They've been great the entire time. Stopped going because they didn't take my insurance. They called me last week to say the new owners started taking my insurance again and I was super excited!

Never in my life have I had a painless experience at the dentist until today. I put off going to one for a decade. Just got 3 painless fillings and I couldn't be happier with the Doctor here. He crushed it and I'm so god damn relieved.

Avoid them at all costs! Used them for 2 years and have always had problems with them. Once, they refused to prescribe medication when I had an abscess and I practically had to beg them to prescribe medication. Then today, I had to be seen for a dental emergency and was in excruciating pain and drove an Hour from Ware only to be a few minutes late cause of construction on 202 and was rudely told that they couldn't see me cause I was 10 minutes late. After explaining the situation, they still refused to see me, only to try and reschedule it. I'm done with them. Too many problems, the dentist and receptionists are incredibly rude and uncooperative. Their loss.

Today I had my first experience with this office. The front staff was friendly and the waiting room area was clean and organized. Julie the hygienist was wonderful. She had superb bed side manners and an utmost form of professionalism. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning process and explained everything as she went along. Dr. D was also a pleasure to meet, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this facility for all your dental needs. This place definitely deserves 5stars from most everyone! Keep up the greatness Athol Dental Associates.
