Made me wait two weeks and wasted my time. I had a referral and I called them twice to make sure everything was in order before I took the time off of work for the appointment. They waited until I arrived to inform me that I would have to pay 100% out of my pocket and then be reimbursed from my insurance company. This would have been nice to know beforehand, rather than waiting until the last minute to let me know. There are plenty of other clinics that will run the claim through your policy before collecting funds. The doctors may be great, however the front desk doesn't seem thorough.

Went in for a root canal, ended up needing two. I was terrified!! I've never had a root canal before and heard terrible things. The office staff was great! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The dental assistant, Kayla I think, even said she'd hold my hand if I needed her too! She was so sweet!

I had a great experience for my root canal. Didn't feel a thing, and was done in a timely manner. Chelsea was great with her pre-assessments as well as post care- thorough, professional, and so nice. Dr. Pugh did a wonderful job. Thanks for taking such great care of me. :)

The office staff was incredibly polite and patient with every question I had. As for the actual procedure, I have never had a root canal or dental procedure in general that was as quick and painless as this one was. Incredibly impressed and would recommend!

Where dentists are concerned, I am the biggest scaredy cat ever, so putting me at ease was no small feat, but they did it. More than earned the 5 star review!

This Place is horrible. They don't offer any financial assistance. You should serve the community dude!! Please be kind rather than being commercial.

It's never fun when you need to have major dental work done. But this is my second visit. And I can safely say this is the best experience I've ever had in a dental office period. Dr Pugh and Chelsea were so attentive and engaged with me and what I needed. I will always recommend Athens Endodontics.

Dr. Pugh and his assistant Kayla were very professional. Had to have a root canal. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. The root canal didn't take very long and they talked me through what they were doing!! Kept checking in to see if I had any pain and how I was doing! And attended to my needs!! Thank you so much Dr. Pugh and Kayla for getting me out of pain after three long awful weeks!! I highly recommend Athens Endodontics if you ever need a root canal!! Jill Pennington

The reception staff were all very friendly. I was very nervous & was glad there was only a 5 min waiting room time. I thought my claustrophobia would be triggered by the procedure but the room was very open, the plastic covering was kept under my nose & off my chest and I was fine. Dr. Brian was really attentive to my comfort the whole time & I didn't feel any pain, just pressure. I only needed Advil for acheness post procedure. Not bad at all! I would highly recommend this place!
