This dental team is a top notch operation from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. My first visit went as smoothly as I could've hoped. I have a return visit scheduled today with no apprehensions. Because of my experience, my wife has signed on as a new patient and has her first appointment in a few days.

It was my first dental visit in Athens. I was pretty satisfied with tooth cleaning and other treatment I needed to get. Camyla is professional and friendly. She answered to many questions I had about my current oral health, how to take care of it, and even insurances. I appreciate her help!

Great experience with a wonderful dentist and staff. Had just moved to the area and DH needed to finish work that had been started where we used to live and they took him on as a patient. The work was top notch and everyone we worked with was too. Highly recommend for specialty work!

As someone new to the area- I used reviews to find a new dentist here in Athens. After calling and being told that they "accept my insurance" and giving them my insurance information, we set up the first appointment. I went in just for a cleaning, and as I sat down they automatically did X-Rays on me without my permission- which I didn't say anything about because I figured if they were doing it insurance would cover it... A few days later my insurance called saying that they were in fact not in network- and gave a hefty bill for the X-Rays and everything which I didn't even tell them I wanted. When I called Athens Dental Depot- I kindly asked what the issue was since they had said insurance would cover it. She then -very rudely- stated that they are independent and that they would have never said that to me. She said "yes we "accept" all insurances, but that doesn't mean it's covered" and that I would have to pay the whole bill. I guess where I'm from companies don't run this way so this was definitely disappointing especially being new to the area. I can only imagine the other people that also get told this same thing and end up with a bill at their house. Hopefully this helps others to not make this mistake. It's such a scam of the system and they knew exactly how to get away with it. My family and I will never be returning. They said just enough to get away with it. So very upsetting.

The professional and friendly staff at Athens Dental Depot have taken all the precautions to make your visit comfortable and worry free. As always, Cam was awesome and I just appreciate the entire staff for their courteous nature while protecting staff and patients. Great job guys. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

Camyla is the best! She's thorough, honest, smart and is always upbeat! I never feel anxiety when she's around. And my teeth are happier for meeting her too ;)

Extremely expensive. Gave me a quote for over $1000 for a wisdom tooth extraction. Got it done in Columbus at $168. It is also very expense to do cleaning and deep cleaning. I'll never go to this place.

Camy is fantastic. She is always punctual, super friendly and does awesome work. She is able to show dental problems and track progress in ways that are easy to see for the patient to understand. Kim is great about organizing everything so nothing gets missed. This office is spectacular and is a great low stress dental experience.

I have been going to Athens Dental Depot for all of my dental needs for several years now. I have had several dental implants, fillings, crowns and cleanings and all of my experiences have been great! I started out with Dr. Ginder and now I see Dr. Valrose. He is so knowledgeable and talented! My hygienist, Cam, is always very detailed and thorough. I'll never see anybody else. She's awesome! The whole dental depot team is great to work with. Dr. Ginder would be so proud!
