I suffered from failing teeth. I hid my smile for years. Mentally it took a big toll on me. I was always embarrassed. I recently visited Atascocita modern dentistry schedule appointment with Dr. Esmeralda Chiang. She was very patient with me and suggested options that would give me hope. After she was finished with the procedure my smile looked amazing! Thank you doctor for returning my smile, and making my life a little brighter!

This was a very painful experience having a wisdom tooth pulled , Before this I had a bad experience with the temporary bridge being loaded with cement and put into my mouth by a inexperienced hygienist , not a good week.

Don't used this orthodontist, the girls that help the Doctor are very rude they look like they don't want to be here, they are supposed to treat the patients with courtesy but instead they are rude don't even say hi to the patients and one of them scream at my daughter so I had to get ugly with her. Also ever since my daughter started her treatment has seen 3 different doctors I and have told us different things. I am so over this place, can't wait for my daughter to finish her treatment. The only lady that is very polite and treats the customers with respect is Ms. Jenifer.

Tyler in oral surgery took great care of me..So did Dr Muniz. The rest of the staff could use some work. The process of trying to set up my appointment was a hassle and getting in touch with the details of how everything will go prior to my oral surgery appointment was nearly impossible and somewhat frustrating. The front office staff could use some work on that for sure. Overall, I was pleased with my oral surgeon and the removal of my wisdom teeth. The surgery was quick and painless. They gave me some magic meds and I felt nothing! I am on day 2 of my recovery and so far all is going well. Tyler gave my partner and I some great after care instructions and I am grateful for how informative he was from start to finish. He and Dr. Muniz are the only reason you all are getting these five stars

Customer service is terrible!! If you have questions about your bill, and leave a message with the answering service because calls go there all the time. You will NOT get a call back. Instead you will just call and call and when you explain this to the staff, they do not care. Stating that that it ours the answering service fault. So disappointed with this office. I have two other kids that need braces, and I will be dining another clinic to go to.

Double billed me. Never answer the phones. Billing refers you to another company who handles bills and they won't answer or call me back either. Update: Called them. Was told I would be contacted by their billing department to clear things up...no contact for a month. Billed again. I say again, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I am very impressed. I have a big fear of dentists but Dr Chang and my hygienist we're super! From the time I called to make the appointment until I left everyone worked hard to make sure I was ok and taken care of. I have to go back and I am not worried anymore. Thank you all so much!

This place went seriously downhill both in care and customer service since I first began going. They "fixed" a cavity with an inlay that fell out in a year. I went back to get it fixed and they said the piece was fine to put back in. It wasn't- the inlay fell back out about a week later while I was brushing my teeth! I went elsewhere to get it fixed, which meant extra time and paying to redo xrays, etc. The inlay had always felt sensitive even chewing soft foods (I told them and they said I just needed my bite adjusted and grinded it down) but the filling from the new dentist feels comfortable. Atascocita Modern Dental always seemed to be concerned about teeth staining and whitening my teeth but they never indicated that they had other concerns about my dental health. My new dentist has noted that my gums are showing advanced receding and that I need to address. I feel like Atascocita Modern Dental has a revolving door of fresh out of school dentists who whisk you in and out as fast as they can and do a poor job.. I also had problems with billing on several occasions. I switched insurance plans and even after notifying them of the change and providing copies of my new card, they kept billing to the old plan, which of course got denied. They used a third party to handle their billing so noone at the office was able to help and I spent hours on the phone getting things straightened out. Edited to add: I did call this office twice during business hours. I didn't get a human on the line. Their automated system said "someone will be reaching out to you shortly" and I received no call back.

Doctors and hygienists are awesome. However, the front desk staff and billing is awful. They DO NOT call and confirm appointments. They DO NOT answer the phones all the time. They WILL bill you multiple times for the same services. I've been going here for about 3 years, I keep going because I love the actual dentist. It's just TOO DIFFICULT to deal with appointments/billing/front desk. Will be finding a new dentist for me and my family.

I first went to a different oral surgeon that suggested a "coronectomy" as a treatment for one wisdom tooth that was straddled by nerves. This treatment is not ideal because the roots can move to the surface later which can require further treatment. For this reason, I sought out a secondary opinion at Atascocita Modern Dentistry. Dr. Zhou, one of the oral surgeons at this location, was confident that he would be able to extract the tooth fully without damaging the nerves instead of the coronectomy, so I went with that. He did an excellent job extracting the tooth this past weekend and I'm experiencing no swelling or pain 3 days later.

Brought my wife for her first visit to Dr. Chiang office. Dr Chiang and her staff went above and beyond to make her experience as good as a dental experience can be. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I have been coming here for approx. 5 years. Let me just say our teeth and gums were not in good condition. I am happy to report that after a few visits we were both on our way to a healthier mouth. We have stayed with Dr. Chahal as she is attentive and explains everything very well. Lana my hygenist has visit over visit continued to advise and clean well and gently. My husband has seen mostly Sergio as a hygenist who he says is, gentle, and thorough, and advises on progress. My husband also has seen Casey and has equal report on her. We highly recommend this location if you have a need for an awesome dental office.

This was my first visit, and it was an awesome experience! The entire staff is friendly and courteous. Dr. Chiang was great! She took her time to explain everything to me, and I did not feel rushed. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Prak and Ashley are AWESOME! They are so patient, attentive, thorough and funny as well. They put me completely at ease and I've never had such a pleasant experience with getting dental work done. Dr. Prak was so gentle handed and informative. Ashley created a beautiful temporary bridge for my front teeth and made it exactly how I wanted it to look.

The only concern that I have on this clinic is there deep cleaning job. The cleaning of my teeth was done poorly today. As if, it was not a deep cleaning. It was done more or less 20 min. I paid for $$$150 + I was NOT satisfied. I hope all the hygienist in this clinic have the same dedication to do their jobs well. Like who did the deep cleaning of my wife today as well. Five yellow stars for that hygienist. She is commendable. One rotten orange in a bag, makes all the oranges inside the bag rotten too. It is a fact. I hope not in the case of a clinic. Reminder . . . every good performance of every employee in the clinic brings clinic company to a success.
