They did a solid job here. Was able to get a last minute slot in and took great care of me; the front desk was very helpful and my dentist got the job done. I'm glad I found this place!

Waiting time was short and I was seen quickly. My front bottom tooth chipped due to my deep bite and I would require orthodontic treatment. The doctor fixed my bottom front tooth but I was also billed for a filling on a molar tooth. I called the office to let them know they billed me for a procedure they did not do and my insurance will only cover once every 2 years. The front desk told me they would let the doctor know, consult with my chart notes, and call me back. After not hearing back for a month, I called again. This time, someone who spoke limited English answered the phone. I explained the situation to her multiple times but she kept trying to book me for a cleaning. After seeing I wasn't due for a cleaning, she just kept repeating I wasn't due yet. I requested to speak to someone else because she didn't understand me. She just said "no". I'm really disappointed by the lack of professionalism. Since I have a deep bite I went for a consultation to an orthodontist. As you can see, none of my molars have fillings.

Love how convenient this office is. I felt comfortable and welcomed walking into the dentist. There were some minor issues with finding my insurance details and whatnot, but all was resolved at the end thanks to their staff.

Although my insurance was not accepted, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. She took my info and pointed the right way to whoever was knowledgeable. If they accepted my insurance, I wouldn't mind going here for my checkups.

After leaving my previous dentist, I was determined to find a reliable dentist not far from me. Luckily a coworker of mine recommended At Home Dental.
