Today was my first visit with this excellent doctor and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! I have a very bad dental phobia, but the doctor is extremely patient, kind and comforting! When he worked on me, he was extremely gentle and I did not feel a thing while he was working on me! The doctor is extremely knowledgeable, professional and informative as well and will offer you his personal opinion and advice to make sure your oral health is at its absolute best! I highly recommend this phenomenal dentist! He is truly incredible at what he does and I am no longer nervous about my next appointment! Lastly, reception is wonderful as well! I was extremely nervous, but she eased my mind and and answered all of my questions..She also worked with me re: scheduling and helped me get in before a special event! Thank you so very much Astoria Dental Town! A+++++++++++

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Dentist told me I grind my teeth and tried selling me a night guard for $700. I checked with three other dentists and they said they see no evidence of teeth grind. Similarly, he informed my grandmother she must extract all of her teeth for a denture. Her teeth did not need to be extracted but this was the most profitable. Stay away from this office. Incredibly dishonest.

Would highly recommend this dentist. He was exceptionally caring and supporting when I needed reconstructive dental work and never charged me for numerous consultations and x-rays throughout the lengthy process. Out-of-pocket prices are very affordable and I trust his judgement.

This dental office is the best one you can find in Queens. The doctor is very knowledgeable, polite and very caring. I have visited different dentists in NY but nothing like Dr. Niyazov. He is just amazing. Every time I go to this dental office, I have such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended !!!

This dental office is great. I've been coming here for over 3 years and they always take care of me. The doctor is very attentive to the customers. They also send you reminders for your appointments which is a plus for me. I'm glad I found a place that takes my insurance also. My teeth are cleaner and better than ever. Highly recommend this dental office.

First, I am not sure how this office is managed, but they absolutely never return phone calls. I called many times, and left many messages, and nobody ever returned my call. It was only when someone happened to answer the phone that I was able to make an appointment. At my appointment, I had the worst, least thorough cleaning of my life here. The dentist was friendly, but did a terrible job. Further, the dentist waited a full year to ask my insurance to approve something, and by the time he did, my health insurance said he was no longer in network. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a great experience at Astoria Dental. Everything went very smooth. The manager was very professional and took care of everything. Dr. Niyazov did my cleaning, addressed all my concerns, gave me helpful instructions and let me know information about other procedures.

If you're looking for a doctor who is going to LOOK OUT FOR YOU and is VERY patient, this is the place for you! Dr. Eduard Niyazov is soft spoken and kind, and an EXCELLENT DENTIST. I will say if you're looking for a quick fix on a difficult tooth this is not your place. He is going to get it right the first time and not rush, and it could take a few appointments! I had a root canal and it took lots of appointments but he was being considerate of my reactions, and time spent in the chair. If you fear the dentist I would highly recommend him as he will make you feel comfortable and will explain everything to you if you ask. Haven't had a good dentist since I was a kid and I have moved to Harlem, but I will still be coming back. TLDR: come here for great results, don't come if you're rushing and want a quick fix and have no patience.

Very friendly doc. Very kind and soft spoken. Im very scared of dentists and he made me feel very comfortable. I had a root canal. Was very knowledgeable and gave me ample time to heal. Dentist for life.

Please note that half of these reviews are fake. Check YELP!!! Yelp doesn't allow fake reviews....Where do I start? I needed to get a root canal because I had dental infection. I found them on Groupon and was pleased with the low price. That being said you definitely get what you pay for!! I called to schedule and appointment and the receptionist told me there was not need to purchase the groupon because they charged those prices in office. So I go to my appt, I asked him to put medicine on my infection and I would come back in a week to finish the process. Mind you the x-rays are soooooooo outdated. I could barely see where the bump was in my mouth and it was huge. I went to another endontist's office and I could see everything clearly. I honestly wasn't expecting too much but just know what you're getting yourself into. Also the office itself is outdated, which I didn't mind but if you do fyi. Again, you get what you pay for. He kept going back and forth saying he wanted to finish the whole procedure in one day. I had already done a ton of research and been to another endodontist that said since I had an infection they would need two visits. So we decided to break the appointments down. So I paid in full for the procedure that week even though he had just left medicine, which was a bad idea because he got greedy. So I go back the second time and he is pressuring me to get a post and crown mid procedure (literally drill in mouth). I understand that is is the endodontist job to tell you what he suggests and what the options are but this man was so pushy it didn't even come off genuine. We had already talked last time about me not wanting a crown since it was my front tooth. I let him know I would think about it but for now it was a no. He NEVER mentioned anything about a post in initial appointment. Now he was telling me that I was REQUIRED to get it because that's what the fine print on the groupon said. MIND YOU THEY SAID I DID NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE GROUPON BECAUSE THOSE WERE THE PRICES THEY CHARGED. I immediately started freaking out and going back and forth with both him and his receptionist who eventually sided with me. So all that for nothing. 1. Know that you are getting what you pay for, which is not always the best. 2. Be strong because this man will try to push you into anything. He comes off nice at first but very very pushy and his assistant will follow up behind him. 3. POST ARE SO OUTDATED. Most endodontist don't recommend because if something happens to the tooth it is basically unrepairable. 5. Google reviews can be made from anyone even the owner and reception. I had to check yelp because even if I had a one off bad experience there is no way this business has 4.7 stars. Now two months later my tooth still has feeling, which a root canal is not supposed to have and is sensitive so I have to go to another endodontist for a botched root canal.
