Had an appointment with Dr. Arkadiy Murdukhayev today. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff was friendly. It has been a while since I've seen a dentist but they didn't try to shame me for it or make a big deal. They clearly explained what my insurance covered and I managed to get everything done in one appointment (x-rays, cleaning, night guard fitting). Would definitely recommend!

If you're scared to go to the dentist, I highly recommend coming here. I was very hesitant due to past experiences but I'm glad I came here. My tooth was extracted with no pain whatsoever and the staff and doctor were very nice and accommodating. The office was clean and I very much enjoyed the background music as my tooth was being taken out, took my mind off the worries. Thank you! Def coming back in two weeks to finish the treatments I need. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Both dentists, Arsen and Arkadiy worked on my teeth ( root canal and crown) and they were very professional, provided great quality of work, and explained everything in detail to me. Albert at the front desk is extremely friendly and helpful. He explains all the details about insurance and follows up on appointments. The wait time is almost non-existent. The whole atmosphere in this clinic is very relaxing and I am happy that I chose them. I strongly recommend them.

Great dentist! I was able to call on the weekend and get an appointment scheduled for only days later. Angie was very gentle with all the X-rays I needed done, and The dentist gave an extensive breakdown of all the work I need done, as well as what the priority of everything was. Also I was given a thorough breakdown of the exact cost of each procedure, insurance coverage, and different payment options. Never before received such transparency at a dental office. Was seen right away with no wait, and got a much-needed root canal done my first appointment(completely painless, didn't feel a thing). Would definitely recommend.

I visited Astoria City Dental two weeks ago and was completely blown away with their incredible service. The doctors are very friendly and make the experience very comfortable. The front desk were highly professional and very accommodating. I definitely recommend this dental office to everyone. Keep up the great work!

I was having some pain and needed an emergency extraction. When I called an asked if they had a surgeon the receptionist said no but would give me a referral. Once I arrived, I was having issues with my insurance # and he was very patient in assisting with that. It took close to 30mn to get the member ID but was really patient with me. I was able to get the referral and the oral surgeon they sent me to did such a phenomenal job. Overall very pleased to have visited today.

Awesome Dental Practice. From reception through the end. Dr. Murdukhayev is amazing and nice. Painless procedure and the Dental Assistant Angie did the most gentle teeth cleaning I ever experienced. They truly care about their patients and I no longer dread going to the dentist. Highly Recommend anyone looking for a new dentist!

I found Astoria City Dental on Zocdoc. I was about to quit my job and lose my insurance (don't be afraid to leave a toxic work environment!!!) And wanted an appointment asap to address a cracked filling. I was able to get a next day Sunday appointment which is unheard of. I was seen right away, wait time was under 5 minutes. Everyone in the office is sublime! Dr Pleshty was incredibly informative and thoroughly explained my options. Before I made any decisions on care the owner of the practice came into the room with a print out of the treatment options. It listed the cost, what my insurance would cover, and what I would owe. It was the most transparent dentist's office that I have ever experienced on the financial side. The hygienist, whose name I didn't get and I regret that, was phenomenal. She gave me a very thorough cleaning but also the most gentle one. I've had cleanings with the electric descaler before that hurt even with topical numbing gel, with no numbing I didn't feel the descaling yet could tell that my teeth were incredibly clean. She's so nice and attentive. I went back two weeks later to get a crown and again it was a phenomenal experience. I will absolutely continue going to this office, it is the most positive dental experience I've ever had.
