I came into the office for a cleaning, I was a bit nervous but the staff made me feel very comfortable. The front desk was very friendly and attentive, I had my son with me and they were nice and kept an eye on him while I had my treatment done. The Doctor and Assistant were very nice and explained in detail the treatment I needed. They made me feel right at home. Definitely recommending this practice to family and friends. Thank you Dr. Kang & Assure dental team for your services.

I was referred to this office by my cousin, and after searching for a new dentist, I am happy I came to Assure Dental Southbay. The ENTIRE staff is amazing! From the front desk to the dental techs to Dr. King, my experience has been top tier each visit. Everyone is friendly and professional and truly cares for the patient. Thank you all for an amazing experience! I Highly recommend this office!

They were pleasant and friendly. They seen me timely and excellent service provided. I enjoyed my time at the dentist and that is a lot coming for someone who doesn't like needles. They were so good that they didn't have to use any needles. They are truly 5 star.

I've been going to Assure Dental for about 3 years now. The staff is Professional and friendly. They have a new General Dentist there which I feel very comfortable with. I would highly recommend this place.

Office is Super nice and clean. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure sure I was comfortable. Doctor Jessica explain very well step by step what needed to get done. Well done, highly recommended!

Busy Office Definitely worth the wait !! More than 5 stars truly amazing Helpful & Friendly staff. Was offered water and snacks as I waited to be seated. Dr.Jessica Kang was very sweet and informative with all the procedures I needed to get done. Makes you feel very comfortable and answered all my concerns. Recommend 100/10.

Robert, Doris and Gio are very friendly and welcoming like most people will agree. What is not nice, is to have an autistic kid with hemophilia medicated with $3k dollar anti-hemophilic factor waiting for 2hrs in the treatment room, and not getting treated. That is not nice and that's why we will not come back again. He is getting a better treatment now. Thank you!

Robert, Doris and Gio were helpful and welcoming to me and my family. We recently moved and used to go the Culver City office. They helped ro make our transition veey smooth. My 9 yr old is very dramatic and they handled it very well. They stayed very professional while dealing with his drama and my very active and busy 6 yr old. Dr. K was great!!! Thanks for the great service.

Patient Beware!! Our insurance assigned this place to us, at first it all seemed well, and x rays were taken for wisdom teeth. Then we were told this location did not do the extraction so we were sent to the LAX location. Now this is where the red flags appeared. At every step of the way they avoided informing us of the price for the procedure stating that they would inform us the day of. Unusual but it needed to get done so we went along with it. 1 day before the procedure we get a call stating that the LAX location doesn't take our insurance, they want to talk about doing cash instead!! What a bad business practice to send patients to the location where they know the insurance doesn't cover and wait until the last minute to try and make us pay cash. Once days off have been requested for all parties involved (patient, and transport). This is absurd, especially in the current state we are in, they are preying on the fact that the removal needs to get done in order to force you to pay out of pocket. So we called our insurance, and they sent us elsewhere. Once we informed Assure Dental of this they were unwilling to send the medical files over and forced us to leave work to pick them up. Once we got to the new place they informed us that the panel was incorrect. It gets better. Once we infored assure dental of this they told us the equivalent of tough luck you still have to pay us, ridiculous! Paying them for incorrect services is absurd, but once again they know we need to get this done so they can press this knowing we will pay regardless to get it done. We will gladly pay for their bad xrays if they compensate us for our lost wages from leaving work early and the days requested off as the slots have been filled already. Would much rather have our new place do it, they have been super helpful and understanding and are even talking to our inauramce on our behalf on options. Night and day service, but unfortunately we will have to go to Assured as they are threatening us with billing us directly for their botched X-rays if we decide to do the xrays at the new place. Stay away from this place, I will be putting a complaint with the BBB and my insurance, as well as contacting our local news outlets. People shouldn't be tricked out of money by shady practices especially during these trying times, It's disgusting.
