I went because my dental insurance - Guardian was in-network with Assure and I am looking for braces and found this place. I went inside and was honestly surprised at how big it was- it gave me factory vibes, and it seemed like I was a part of the assembly line. I had to wait around 20 minutes in the chair for the dentist to come and see me for the free consultation. When the biller came to tell me the price, I didn't see the price adjustment for my insurance & was told I was out of network and that would be my price. I told the lady that I came specifically here because it said I was in-network, she told me to call my insurance. I called my insurance and they indeed verified that i was in-network and I would be covered. I called the office again to let them know I spoke with my insurance and they basically said "oh yeah- sorry I don't know why that happened." I asked again for a revised quote to be emailed to me and get this- I didn't get it emailed it until a week later AND it was the same exact quote that I had gotten in office that did not reflect my insurance. Glad I did not begin my dental journey here and got out before I spent money- BEWARE.

What a wonderful place! I've avoided the dentist for years so glad my boss recommended them. The staff AMAZING and the dentist and dental assistant AMAZING!!!!! They were reassuring me through the entire process and the main concern was if I was comfortable. Looking for a professional, welcoming soothing experience look NO FURTHER.

From my first initial telephone inquiry, I was very impressed with the excellent customer service from Yessenia. I was able to get an appointment for a dental screening the next day. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist Yessenia who made to feel comfortable and welcoming. I'm excited to see my outcome, it's been years since I've been able to get dental work done.

Don't get me wrong, everyone was nice, but unless you have PERFECT teeth then you're gonna pay at least $220. I've been to plenty of dentists where they actually explain why it might cost more and offer an option of deep cleaning. At Assure they just pin it on you without any explanation of why your copay is $220 until it's all over. Never have had this happen to me at any other dentist. Crazy!

Awesome team! I came in for emergency consultation for a root canal. They were very helpful and helped me set up an appointment the next day with a specialist. The process was quick and easy for me which was great because I was in a lot of pain and didn't really know what to do. Really thankful for the friendly support!

Like most people I skipped my routine cleaning because of Covid. I decided I couldn't wait any longer and booked my much needed appointment. I had a very pleasant experience and was in and out of the office in less than an hour. Highly recommend this location!
