Love the dentist and office staff!! They are the sweetest and make it less stressful for me. As a person that believe in holistic lifestyle Dr. Herrmann is a the best! He so very compassionate and on point. Highly recommended!

We love Dr Herrmann and his team. He has been our family's dentist for over 10 years. Dental health affects so many other aspects of health, and Dr Herrmann is very knowledgeable and caring. So grateful to have a holistic dentist nearby, but if not, we would drive a long way to go to Assure a Smile!

Dr. Herrmann is my dentist till the end. I have been a patient of Dr. Herrman for many years now and am so grateful I found him. He is extremely compassionate, listens well, and is comprehensive in his approach. He saved my tooth from all the other dentists' who were saying that I needed a root canal and intuitively I felt this was not the approach I needed. Dr. Herrman's vision and response to the care of my tooth confirmed I had chosen the right place for the care of my teeth. Your teeth are such a sacred jewel - this is where our digestive tract start so I know my teeth are in great hands. He also safely removed the mercury fillings I had as a child and felt blessed to have become aware of this potential toxin to my body. He is a holistic dentist in everyway. He checks not only your teeth but other factors that can affect teeth health like DIET and STRESS. Never have I ever been asked about my diet and stress and how that contributes to my teeth. Again, I can't say enough. To top it off, I cried in front of Dr. Herrman explaining about my mental health and grabbed tissues for me and listened. He is my kind of provider, a person with a good heart and one that genuinely cares about all the people he treats. Thank you so much for the care you put to your patients!!

The front desk lady I believe her name was Claudia was very rude. I've been there several times and she was just not very polite. It makes me not want to go to the office ever again.

Let me start with this. I have a 4 year old child who visited 4 different pediatric dentists in 6 months. We were trying to get a second opinion. Every single dentist refused to fix his teeth because he has a lot of decay and cavities and all of them wanted to send him to the hospital to get his teeth fixed under general anesthesia with the metal crowns and root canals, and all the insanity done to him. Every time we left heartbroken and crying. My child experienced stress going to all 4 previous pediatric dentists. I am from Europe and I've been living holistic most of my life. We don't put children under GA to fix their teeth. We don't use the sedation nor we ever fix baby root canals. My child has never taken antibiotics or any medicine, he is the healthiest little guy and the idea of putting him under GA was not an option I would ever consider. I searched for over a year for a holistic dentist, I did my research, I read a lot of books, I put him on a special diet and I found Dr. Ted Hermann @ Assure a Smile. Today we had an appointment. We spent 2.5 hours at the doctors office and it was the most amazing holistic experience I couldn't even dream about. Dr. Ted and his assistant Bryna (I hope I spelled it right) made me cry happy tears. They were so amazing, I have no words to express my gratitude to what they do. They looked at his teeth, we did ozone treatment, they never pushed for X-rays like every dentist does, they made him and me feel at ease and I was so relieved that we don't have to go to the hospital and put him under GA. There is always a holistic approach and this Doctor is our Doctor forever. If I can recommend someone who is holistic dentist, he is the one. I will drive over an hour to every appointment any day. So happy to find them. Grateful from the bottom of my heart. I'm still crying happy tears and my child absolutely loved them. If I could give 10 stars I would. The best of the best! Thank you .

My friend recommended I visit this dentist because of them being holistic with treatment. They did not take my insurance so I had to pay $200 out of pocket for a second appointment of my daughter tooth. What insurance paid for through her regular dentist could not do, this facility did. Dr. Herrmann sat down with me although my daughter was being a toddler and let me ask clarifying questions so I understand that my daughter had a dead tooth in her mouth. What took two visits and rudeness took 15 minutes of care and attentiveness to my daughter health. He applied what he learned in theory and perform in practice care for my family. It's a shame how other places rush you out of their office and fail to educate you on simple procedures ring performed. Thank you for tour second opinion although it cost me a lot more than I paid for this service was priceless and for that I am grateful. I was able to make an informed decision about a procedure my daughter that would have future implications of her dental health.

Doctor gives you the time and attention you deserve. Looks for root causes to dental problems and addresses them in the least invasive and most natural way possible.
