A native of Phoenix, Arizona, Dr. Green graduated summa cum laude in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University, and earned his DDS degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry in Los Angeles, California. He completed advanced training at the Texas A & M University - Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas, receiving a certificate in Endodontics.
A Texas native, Dr. Michael Goodwin was born in Dallas and calls DFW his home. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas. Dr. Goodwin earned his DDS, MS in oral biology, and certificate in periodontology from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Bruce graduated magna cum laude in Cell and Molecular Biology from the San Francisco State University. She received her dental degree from the University of California, San Francisco where she was a University of California Regents Scholar. She has been practicing since 1992 and was an associate professor at Baylor College of Dentistry Endodontics Clinic.
Dr. He received her dental degree from West China University of Medical Sciences in 1996, and a certificate in Endodontics and a PhD in Oral Biology from the University of Connecticut Health Center in 2003.Dr. He has been practicing endodontics in the DFW area for over 17 years.
Dr. Silva received his DDS degree in 2005 and completed his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in 2008, both in Brazil. In 2009, Dr. Silva completed a post-doctorate program in Periodontics at the University of Michigan. After completing his Implant Fellowship, Dr. Silva received his Certificate in Periodontics and his Masters degree at the University of Florida in 2019. In addition to working in private practice, Dr. Silva has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontics at the Texas A&M College of Dentistry. He is passionate about providing high-quality care and supporting patients on their overall oral health goals. Dr. Silva enjoys traveling with his family and his hobbies are playing tennis and watching Formula 1 with his son.
Dr. Bruce is a specialist member of the American Association of Endodontists, Southwest Society of Endodontists, DFW Endodontic Study Club, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Dallas and Denton County Dental Societies.
Dr. Bruce enjoys getting in touch with her spirituality through meditation, praying and reading the Bible. She enjoys outdoor activities including scuba diving, biking, running and traveling and has participated in several marathons. She volunteers at church and other non-profit organizations including dental mission trips including serving HIM in Guatemala. She appreciates quality time with her family and friends. Dr. Bruce is the youngest of 16 children and is a dedicated mother to her own two children.

Highly recommended!!! Dr. Green & Michelle were fabulous, I'm terrified of any dental work. Dr. Green explained in great detail what they would be doing during my root canal and gave me different options to help me stay calm. They checked on me often throughout the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. The entire team was very nice and professional!!!

From the minute I stepped in the door everyone was friendly, helpful and professional!! Terry greeted me corrected my name in their system. Cole a set up and prepared my electronic paperwork. Both answered questions and gave helpful hints on the paperwork. Cindy greeted me by the name I perfer and walked me in my room. She made exrays and answered questions too. De Green was exceptional answered questions explained procedures Explicitly! Very comfortable atmosphere too! Easy to recommend!

I was referred to PIE, by my dentist for tooth extraction, and bone graft in preparation for an implant. Every interaction that I had with this group in preparation for the extraction, was flawless and effortless. Incredible customer service. For the actual extraction, Dr. Goodwin, was very communicative. Told me exactly what he was doing, and extracted two teeth, with zero pain. Wish that I could give them 10 . Regards, Chris

Today was the second root canal for my wife. She's deaf and they were great to her, they made sure I had enough time to interpret everything they were saying to her. Everyone is so nice and helpful! My wife says both root canals went smoothly and amazingly! Definitely recommend anyone needing any work done to their teeth to come here!

I cannot say enough about the great customer service from the time you walk in the door, the friendly smiling faces at the front desk who acknowledge you as soon as you walk in the door. Every person I came into contact with at Denton PIE were so friendly and answered all my questions. Everything was explained to me, and gave me time to express my concerns, if any. I had absolulely no pain throughout the procedures I have had so far, with both, Dr Green and Dr Silva. Could'nt ask for a better team. More to come and I have No fear due to this awesome, team working, staff. Thank you all for my "No trauma" experiences.

Dr Green is the BEST doc in Denton County!! He performed my Root Canal. I had NO PAIN (for the first time in several weeks) during my procedure and after!!! He is so careful and gentle I didn't even feel the shot to numb the tooth!! His staff is kind and respectful!! Had a TOTALLY opposite experience my previous root canal at a "full service" dental facility. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Assoc. in PIE!!!!

I have a very bad experience with this office Associate in PIE , they fooled me, knowing in advence that my insurence will not cover my procedure . Be careful to choose this provider, ther contract is not just a standard contract. Be prepared to pay doubled or tripled price than normally that procedure could be. They are OUT OF NETWORK.

The Denton office of Associates in PIE provided exceptional service -- from the receptionist on entry through my root canal procedure by Dr. Green to instructions on follow-up care to final payment and departure. I highly recommend them for specialized dental surgery.
