A native of Phoenix, Arizona, Dr. Green graduated summa cum laude in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University, and earned his DDS degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry in Los Angeles, California. He completed advanced training at the Texas A & M University - Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas, receiving a certificate in Endodontics.
A Texas native, Dr. Michael Goodwin was born in Dallas and calls DFW his home. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas. Dr. Goodwin earned his DDS, MS in oral biology, and certificate in periodontology from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Bruce graduated magna cum laude in Cell and Molecular Biology from the San Francisco State University. She received her dental degree from the University of California, San Francisco where she was a University of California Regents Scholar. She has been practicing since 1992 and was an associate professor at Baylor College of Dentistry Endodontics Clinic.
Dr. He received her dental degree from West China University of Medical Sciences in 1996, and a certificate in Endodontics and a PhD in Oral Biology from the University of Connecticut Health Center in 2003.Dr. He has been practicing endodontics in the DFW area for over 17 years.
Dr. Silva received his DDS degree in 2005 and completed his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in 2008, both in Brazil. In 2009, Dr. Silva completed a post-doctorate program in Periodontics at the University of Michigan. After completing his Implant Fellowship, Dr. Silva received his Certificate in Periodontics and his Masters degree at the University of Florida in 2019. In addition to working in private practice, Dr. Silva has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontics at the Texas A&M College of Dentistry. He is passionate about providing high-quality care and supporting patients on their overall oral health goals. Dr. Silva enjoys traveling with his family and his hobbies are playing tennis and watching Formula 1 with his son.
Dr. Bruce is a specialist member of the American Association of Endodontists, Southwest Society of Endodontists, DFW Endodontic Study Club, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Dallas and Denton County Dental Societies.
Dr. Bruce enjoys getting in touch with her spirituality through meditation, praying and reading the Bible. She enjoys outdoor activities including scuba diving, biking, running and traveling and has participated in several marathons. She volunteers at church and other non-profit organizations including dental mission trips including serving HIM in Guatemala. She appreciates quality time with her family and friends. Dr. Bruce is the youngest of 16 children and is a dedicated mother to her own two children.

I have had excruciating tooth pain for a week. I went to my regular dentist and we couldn't find the cause in an xray. He gave me an antibiotic for 10 days and said if the pain does not subside in 72 hours to go see a endodontis for a root canal. I have major anxiety, and tried to put this off as long as possible. I was miserable for a week living on Tylenol, Orajel and ice packs. The pain was far worse than my anxiety and I called them this morning and they got me right in. I was horrified. However, I can NOT sing the praises of Dr. He enough!!!!! That woman is an angel and her talent is out of this world. She calmed my fears and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Her assistant Veronica was amazing as well. She was efficient and before I knew it, it was done. I couldn't believe it. If you are anxious, or apprehensive, please don't be. This was the EASIEST thing I have ever done. She is extrmely skilled. p.s. oh..if you do have anxiety, ask them to put the xray apron on you. it mimicks a weighted anxiety blanket. :)

Associates in PIE are the best! My experience from the day I walked in the door was awesome. They took a traumatic situation for me and turned it into a positive by showing by showing empathy and keeping me educated along the way. The entire staff at the Flower Mound location gets 5 stars. For the 2nd time, wasted my time going to the wrong location. Two stars because the doctor and hygienist are nice. Word of advice, please include location in the emails and text messages sent out in order to avoid unhappy customers

I contacted them as a cash pay potential client to find out the cost of a service. Destiny said I'd have to make an appointment. As someone paying cash, I need to know an average idea of the cost. I don't want to pay $135 for a consult that will be no help in the end if the service I'm seeking is out of my range. A dentist (or periodontist) will know the rough estimate of their services even if it's a large scale of minimum to maximum (all medical offices have a fee schedule). They declined unless I made an appointment & paid for an evaluation. UPDATE: I appreciate the owner's response. It's still frustrating to not be able to get a ballpark figure (there must be a top & bottom range for any procedure). But I do appreciate the reply & understand most periodontics offices would respond as they did. Review changed from 2/5 to 4/5.

My experience with Associates of PIE in Flower Mound over the last eight months had been amazing. Dr. Goodwin and the entire staff truly cared about about my complex situation and the attention I received was exceptional. My wife was extremely nervous when she discovered she likely needed dental surgery, and even balked about setting up an appointment to have it done. Dr. Goodwin and his associate Dr. Green quelled her fears with their awesome bed side manners, and when all was said and done; her surgery and recovery went really smooth. Her follow up visits were reassuring that all went well. Even the care of their hygienist was superb. If you're fearful of having dental work done, don't be with this team.

I'm sharing my experience with the office manager Terry and the billing part of things. On November 11, I called and cancelled our November 19 appointment with Dr Goodwin. I was told that my $250 reservation hold would be refunded. I called today and am told by Terry that I will not receive the full $250 because of an "exam fee" from Nov 3 (which was the consult). I was never told that there would be a charge placed to my insurance company for the Nov 3rd visit. No healthcare office in our family's experience has ever been retro-actively charged a referral consult by labeling it as an "exam fee". I have not even mentioned the rudeness of the staff after I called to cancel on last month, too. Clearly, they were upset in losing our business. I am still owed my full $250 and will follow up.

Had a root canal done by Dr. Susana Bruce. She was excellent. Didn't feel a thing. Root canals are expensive but overall very happy with the treatment. Highly recommend.

Got a root canal with Dr. Green and his assistant Lily went off in twos after closing due to long conversations but was probably the best procedure I've had in a long time if ever normally don't like the Dennis but I would recommend associate pie to anyone looking to get a root canal it was very painless and they really cater to the sensitivity of my mouth pause thank you guys

As a general dentist, I send all my patients needing difficult root canals, implant placement, or other advanced procedures to APIE and they always do a spectacular job with the procedure and making sure the patient is comfortable!
