My hubby was just to these Oral Surgeons this week to get a tooth extracted, that had been hurting him for a few weeks. We did have to wait an hour past our scheduled time - and they had quite a few surgeries going on during that time. **He used novocaine during the tooth extraction & everything went well. I enjoyed watching the extra large Aquarium full of fish in the waiting room.

I would not recommend anyone to this establishment. I have had no teeth for over 2 months due to a tooth root being left in. I had to go back for another procedure, which is another day off work and honestly feel like I was not listened to or even cared about. Way over priced for what you need and will never have good words to say. ZERO stars for attitude. ZERO stars for competency. ZERO stars for pricing. Don't expect to be listened to when you have a concern. The office staff and nurses are the ones that keep the place going. They are all good to the patient. I don't know how considering how they are treated.

It was an emergency and I needed to have a tooth pulled. I would hesitate to recommend them. Just not comfortable that things were done correctly and that my pain was taken seriously post op. The staff were friendly. Update. I have increased my rating. I felt through the following weeks they were helpful and caring. Even when calling on a holiday. I ended up having multiple visits for dry socket and an infection. Looking back, while it may not have been an ideal experience, I do feel that I was taken care of properly with all aspects of my care from the pain, dry socket, and the infection.

Dr. David Curtis is not somebody you want to do your implants! Wisdom teeth sure, but he has placed 3 in my mouth two are proven to be placed wrong, the 3rd was a replacement because the first one fail. I have another oral surgeon showing me X-rays and telling me he botched it. They won't answer calls from the BBB. I won't stop until I get money back, because now I'm to the point, it just hurts just sitting on the couch watching tv.

Dr. Marlow and team were able to squeeze me in for an emergency removal of 6 teeth rught away on a Friday. Everyone I came in contact with was incredibly helpful, kind and keep the mood light considering the amount of pain I was in. Pre-op and post-op instructions were clear and they even called to check in on me after. I would definitely reccomend!

If you need any type of dental surgery done and you live in south central Minnesota, come here!!! Very professional and kind staff at this office. I am terrified of going to the dentist. The way the staff interacted and treated me made me feel relaxed and calm. The operation itself was painless and short (it was only a tooth removal). The staff definitely made the experience a pleasant one. I will be coming here from now on if I EVER need any type of work done on my teeth. They will do the job right and make it happen. I wish I could give more stars :)

They made me wait 6 weeks in excruciating pain. They never contacted me with pre-OP instructions. I was forcefully given medication and lied to twice about what I was given. I was told it was oxygen and the surgeon said "It smells funny doesn't it. That's what you get when you dont cooperate

Been a good 30 minutes since the nurse left doctor hasn't come in yet been here for an hour. Horrible place.

If you need any type of dental surgery done and you live in south central Minnesota, come here!!! Very professional and kind staff at this office. I am terrified of going to the dentist. The way the staff interacted and treated me made me feel relaxed and calm. The operation itself was painless and short (it was only a tooth removal). The staff definitely made the experience a pleasant one. I will be coming here from now on if I EVER need any type of work done on my teeth. They will do the job right and make it happen. I needed a painful tooth out most places had me booked out a week. These guys got me in next day! I would prefer to go under anesthesia (but I had no one to drive/watch me this day) I felt no pain whatsoever. I'm pretty squeamish but the professional staff and Dr Marrow had a great bedside manner. Upper rear tooth maybe only 15 minutes of actual work. I cant recomend this people enough. Very nice, caring, and great at the profession

Lovely practitioners who obviously cared about the patients they served. HOWEVER, employees on the administrative/business side of this practice were rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I never received ANY pre-op information, received no help filing paperwork & insurance info, and was blindsided by a massive out-of-pocket cost the day of the appointment. Left feeling like I had not been prepared for my surgery at all, and endured lots of emotional trauma at the hands of administrative personelle on staff (specifically Kimberly).
