Dr. Timothy Biel is a 1988 graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. After receiving his degree, Dr. Biel chose to serve his country in the United States Navy. He rose to the rank of Lieutenant Commander before resigning his commission after three and one-half years of service. During his active years of service, he was awarded the distinguished Navy Commendation Medal for medical care given to wounded Marines and soldiers during the First Gulf War.
Dr. Biel takes great pride in constantly expanding his education through continuing education courses. He has taken expanded courses in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry and general dentistry. Dr. Biel has been named one of Americas Top Dentists by the Consumer Research Council of America since 2003. This organization selects dentists to this list by the number of hours of continuing education and professional organizations.
A Graduate of Creighton University Dental School in 2004 Dr. Kruglet spent two years in Gallup, New Mexico working for the Indian Health Service providing care to Native Americans working primarily with the Navajo Indians. While there he gained some insight into the Indian way of life and felt he provided a great service to a population in great need. After two years with the Indian Health Service, Dr. Kruglet decided to come home. Growing up in Fort Morgan Dr. Kruglet always knew he wanted to come back to Colorado.
Dr. Kruglet has been with Associates in Family Dentistry since 2007. Being raised in a small town Dr. Kruglet has an appreciation for the family dentist. Dr. Kruglet takes great pride and providing care for the entire family. He strives to keep current with the latest techniques and standards. Dr. Kruglet takes countless hours of Dental continuing education so he may provide his patients with the best care available.
Lisa Lash, Practice Manager, has a funny story. She was with our office for 7 years, then Matthew came along and she left our office to raise the little guy. Well, 9 years ago she returned to the office and has loved reconnecting with all the patients she missed dearly while away. In 2018, Lisa became a Fellow with the American Association of Dental Office Management. When Lisa is not at the office, you may find her traveling to watch her son and his team play college lacrosse.
Judy Hunter, Financial Manager, has been with the office for almost 22 years. She is always happy to help with all your insurance questions. When she is not at the office you may find her enjoying time with her family.
Tashina, Victor, Estrella, Ghizlane & Olena are our wonderful dental assistants. Tashina just celebrated her 10 year work anniversary with our office. We have the best dental assistants that are very skilled chairside. They enjoy seeing each of our patients during the most complex procedures as well as the simple follow up visits. All of our assistants participate in continual dental education.
April started with Associates In Family Dentistry in May of 2016, quickly moving to the position of lead hygienist. She loves patient interaction and teaching patients about oral hygiene care. When April is not in the office, you may find her on the sideline of her son's football games, at her daughter's dance/gymnastic lessons or at the gym at 5:30am. Yes, she works out before coming to see patients -- wow!
Greg has been making patients smile since 2003 at our practice. He loves everything about dentistry and has great life stories to share when you visit for your check up and cleanings. Greg enjoyed his time oversees in the Air Force. You should ask him about his time in Alaska. Greg loves spending time with his wife and his dogs that he refers to as 'the girls'. Greg can be found riding his bicycle to work most summer days. When you see him riding; honk to say hi.
Kallie is a graduate from San Juan College in Farmington, New Mexico with an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She has been enjoying Colorado for the past 6 years with her husband John and their two dogs, Bexley, a silver lab and Classic, a papillon. When shes not working, Kallie loves eating Reeses, baking, camping, four wheeling and playing roller derby as Lemon Drop. Her favorite part of dentistry is local anesthesia and removing biofilm/calculus off teeth.
Becky is a part-time team member she normally works Monday-Wednesday, but you might find her here on Thursday-Saturday when she is so kindly filling in for someone else. Becky has been here so long, it's hard to count the years. If Becky is not in the office, you can find her taking care of animals, spending time with her grandchildren or biking.
Linda has been in the dental field a little 20 years. You may find her camping with family and friends. She enjoys listening to her sweetie play the guitar in the studio or patio. Linda has two wonderful grandchildren that is the light in her eyes. You may also find Linda on the sideline of her grandson's football team.
Marisa is our newest addition, and what a wonderful addition she was. Her gentle and happy voice will great you with joy each time you arrive or call the office, she is always happy to help. Although she is new to our office, she is not new to dentistry.

What an amazing staff of people. I have been apprehensive about seeing a dentist for 12 years because of a horrible experience and I couldn't be happier to have found them! They were polite encouraging respectful above all and eased my fears of the dentist ! No judgement here and that makes everything so much easier! Best news was after 12 years no cavities just some staining that they fixed! I will scream from the roof tops about this place!

My 20 year old daughter had her first dental consultation today, and when it was over she called me crying. Typically, my daughter is not the emotional, overly sensitive type. She explained that the receptionist (Linda) was rude beginning with their first telephone conversation and that the dentist (Dr. Biel) was not very compassionate and made her feel very badly and scared about her dental concerns. Unfortunately, we were without dental insurance for a period of time as I had to change jobs, but regardless she shouldn't have left there feeling that way. As a nurse practitioner, I know how important compassion, customer service, approach, and delivery are in all aspects of health care, this office fell short of hitting those marks. The dental hygienist (Kallie) was extremely kind and caring, so maybe she should be training the others on how to make patients feel welcome and truly cared for. Lastly, their projected fees for the services she'll need are higher than I've ever been quoted for similar dental care. I chose this practice based on the high ratings and reviews, so maybe her experience today was an exception to the care and treatment rendered in general, but I don't think we'll stick around to find out.

Concerned. It has been awhile since my husband has had a cleaning (thanks to covid). He had to have a deep cleaning in two different appointments. His 2nd appointment was today. It is 11:25 pm and he is in PAIN he said. Cant get to sleep. Had a hard time with dinner, and is having a few too many drinks to knock out the pain. We have had luck with this destist in the past but not so much today.

I had a multiple dental works done recently with Dr Toriggino. He was very professional, and overall I had a great experience. Also, the hygienist and other wait staff were great and friendly. My only complaint is for their billing. I was told my insurance would cover the rest after I paid my portion, but still received an invoice about a month later. On inquiring, apparently the insurance didn't cover some things. If this was communicated on time, I would have prioritized the dental procedures accordingly. If only they could avoid the surprise billings!!

Dr Kruglet is so friendly and gentle. Becky is such a sweetheart and caring. She is awesome at cleaning teeth. The staff is all super friendly. I would recommend this dentist.

If I could give 11 stars I would. I dont normally leave reviews but felt the urge to. I cant remember the name of the Dentist but he was nice, fast and informative. Becky who did my cleaning was fantastic. She took time and was super friendly. The office manager was nice as well. I just had a good experience and wanted to share my thoughts. I will be back in 6 months and plan to be a regular.

I'm not to happy with associates dentistry on April of this year 2021 I called t o cancel my appointment and reschedule at a later date the receptionist on the phone was very snotty with me I asked her if there were any cancellations could she please pencil me in she said I will see and just hung up the phone. Call back at a later time another receptionist answer the phone I asked her how much will my cleaning bill be she said I don't know but you will have to pay something then she tells me all you owe $59 from a previous visit but the previous visit they told me I didn't owe anything. I personally like my dentist that was cleaning my teeth her name is Kathy but I'm not really sure about this dentist office anymore no call backs to say hey how are you doing can we do anything for you but you want my money and my insurance not really sure anymore.

I am very impressed with Associates Family Dentistry. I haven't been to the dentist since a teenager and was scared and worried how my visit will go. Starting at the front desk all the ladies have great customer service and very professional that made me feel welcomed. Becky worked on my teeth, she explained the whole process to me, educated me on what's going on with my teeth& gums. She also kept my mind off the dental worked with fun trivia questions and her overall personality made my experience great. I am proud to say that this will be my home when I need my dental work done.

I have always feared to go to the Dentist for many reasons. But AFD changed it. I had a root canal and filling done this summer. I haven never felt so comfortable and happy with the staff and service at AFD. Dr. Toriggino and Team thank you so much!!
