I had the best dentist EVER, Dr Bates.. she left (don't know the reason) but I didn't want to change dentists, especially since she's the best I've ever EVER found, so I had to search myself for her, she now works at Dr Grippe DMD PSC, in Russell Springs, KY.. thankfully I found her, so I don't have to go to the guy dentist there who hurt my friend SO badly he had trauma for months.. now Associates in Dentistry isn't a place I'd recommend.. and maybe if they'd been nicer to me when I was asking for information I'd given a bit better review but, that's in the past now..

Been going here for years, staff is wonderful, they work with you on schedule or unscheduled visits.I absolutely recommend them.

Went with my mother for them to check on a tooth that had been causing a little discomfort. When they called her back I checked to make sure I could step back with her. The staff allowed me to proceed with her. As they took her to the x-ray chair. The young lady told me where to stand and I said absolutely and stood there waiting as she started to ask a few questions . Not understanding why she turned to look at me at this point again and say you need to go to the waiting area. Wondering what had happened. She turned to my mother and started asking very inappropriate questions. I have never in 38 years been to a dentist office that made us feel so uncomfortable. We left immediately due to being made very clear they did not want us there. Would love for management to call amd explain why the young lady was so un professional.

Liked all the drs that I seen, but can't get ahold of no one now.. Not the best customer service at times with.

Unfriendly staff who look put out by asking to get work done. Little to know information provided to you. NEVER returns calls. My abcess tooth got seriously infected TWICE and they couldn't fit me in. The work is extremely shoddy if you get in at all. And the extractions might as well have been done with pliers. I'm not exaggerating.

I like this dentist and office it is just that it is on the other side of town. The electric company moved also. They want down by the lake I guess who wouldn't. I had an appointment but me and my son cancelled it because of Covid or we would have seen him. Now I really need care and it is my fault I didn't take good care of my teeth like I should have. The bottom ones need to come out now badly the rest of them do. I was reading an article that Covid might be causing the neurological problems I'm havingand just not been diagnosed So I don't know. If that's true it's not my tumor or my teeth. I know they need to come out. Well maybe they don't but I don't take care of them the way they are. The hacker whoever is causing me posting problems.

Once upon a time I lived a not so great lifestyle and it literally destroyed my teeth!! For years I never smiled!! But thanks to the wonderful staff at associates in dentistry i finally have my smile back!! I definitely recommend!!

Never returns calls, hardly ever answers phones, broke my tooth and was in pain, took two days to get ahold of someone and when I did, they could'nt see me for 5 months FOR A BROKEN PAINFUL TOOTH! Place has gone severely downhill! Wont ever be a patient there again!

My daughter and I both had filling done here. All of our feelings had came out. They had to numb me 4 times before doing any work. We will never go back to this place. We felt rushed the whole time

I've had quite a bit of dental work and have seen quite a few dentists. These are the most professional, compassionate group that I've been to. They have been my dentists for a few years now because of this. My children and husband like them as well. They are usually fairly quick. So, there never seems to be much wait. The whole place is also very clean.

Corey has been my dentist for awhile I love him he is amazing and very thorough in his treatments. Very knowledgeable.

I had a very upsetting issue with my front teeth. I called associates and dentistry and they got me in bed quickly. Once arriving, I explained my situation and they were really nice about everything. They then told me they could fix me up that very day, which helped my mental health tremendously. They takes me through the whole process and assured me things I NEEDED to hear. I'm going back for a cleaning next month. Would recommend to anyone needing help with their teeth.
