Associates In Dentistry Family Dental Centers began in Canton, Illinois in the early 1970s. Because we offered a wide range of quality services and accepted dental insurance benefits by several major area businesses (i.e. Caterpillar and International Harvester now Navistar, Keystone), our practice quickly grew and added four new locations. This included our Elmwood and Washington offices in 1974, our Bartonville office in 1978, and our central office in Peoria in 1983.
Today, Associates In Dentistry has a total of five Family Dental Centers, 19 fully-equipped dental operatories and 10 hygiene operatories. We are the largest group-owned, non-corporate dental partnership in the Peoria area and have continuously expanded our services to meet patient needs.
Our Family Dental Centers employ over 40 professional and support staff including registered dental hygienists who provide teeth cleanings and other preventative treatment services, trained dental assistants who work chairside with your dentist, and numerous scheduling, billing, accounting, insurance and administrative staff. All account information, scheduling and management reports are supported by Eaglesoft.
Dr. Quintana received his undergraduate education from Illinois State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology. He received his dental education from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry and completed a hospital-based residency at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.
Dr. Quintana is passionate about preventative care, educating patients about their oral health, and access to care. His mission is to provide the best possible care in a safe and efficient manner. Dr. Quintanas clinical interests include cosmetic dentistry, dental extractions, root canals, and dentures. In addition, his training in hospital dentistry allows him to provide safe care to medically compromised patients as well as provide treatment to children and the elderly.

This provider has a sign on their front door that clearly states that masks are required. When I entered the building, I saw the two receptionists wearing masks but with the tops of their masks resting on their upper lips instead of covering their noses. When I left, one of the receptionists was still wearing her mask as describe above, but the other one had her mask hanging from her ear. If this provider believes that masks are still necessary, they should surely want to enforce their mask requirement among their employees. Some providers in my area have discontinued a mask requirement; maybe it's time for the provider in question to do so also.

From the front desk and throughout the whole appointment everyone was welcoming and caring. I needed urgent care and they were able to help me. They took the time to explain things and worked with gentle care. Bartonville is lucky to have this place.

I had pain from what turned out to be a cracked tooth that had to be extracted. I called around to several dental offices and could not get one to timely see me to extract it... until I called Associates in Denistry Bartonville location. Called them around noon and 9:30 next morning I had an appointment! Tooth extracted and my pain was resolved. I really appreciate everyone's efforts and professionalism in assisting me in my time of need.

I had an appointment for a cleaning and wrote it down on my calendar on the wrong date. I showed up to the office a day early and due the hygienist having a cancellation she went ahead and took care of me since I was there. Very accommodating staff.

I went in for a free consultation Monday, August 29th, 2022. Dr. Cormier answered all the questions I had concerning straightening my teeth and fixing the jetting of my upper front teeth. He explained the procedures that would be done to accomplish this. Dr. Cormier was kind, professional and informative.
