With three locations, APD proudly provides dental care to children in the Belleville, OFallon, and Glen Carbon areas. We are excited to add an additional office in Mount Vernon soon! Many of ourexperienced staff work at multiple locations. Rest assured that no matter which location is most convenient for you, your child will have the same great experience.

He is known to his patients as Dr. Kevin. One of APDs originals, Dr. Kevin has been with the practice since 1991. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana and then went on to attend the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, where he also received his degree in Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Mara Ganim grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. She finished her undergraduate education at Coastal Carolina University outside of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry.
Dr. Keith Rice grew up outside the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. He earned his dental degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2002. After several years of practicing general dentistry, Dr. Rice elected to further his education, completing a two-year residency through Texas A&M University, Baylor College of Dentistry.
Dr. Tieg Selberg is a native of Kansas City. He earned his degree in biology from the University of North Carolina Asheville. After a career in sales, he took the leap to pursue his dream of dentistry, graduating from the University of Minnesota with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Tieg was very active in dental school, participating in outreach programs and a dental mission to Guatemala.
Dr. Ken Rawson was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, then completed an advanced education residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Nevada School of Medicine.

I wanna give a huge shout out to dr Kevin for saving the day today. My son needed 2 fillings and he is such a busy man that we were booking out pretty far. Well he happened to walk by as I was scheduling and overheard and mentioned how that was too long of a wait and offered to get us in right then and there! I was so thankful bc my son has been complaining of pain for a few weeks and I was sad to make him wait longer. I know how busy he is but my son is pain free tonight and a happy go lucky kiddo! Thank you to the staff who was going above and beyond for us today with my wild 3 kiddos! Tina the receptionist was amazing she was even calling the other offices to see if there was space for us to come asap. She even checked on me and the other kids while waiting for my boy to finish up!!! I can't say enough amazing things about dr Kevin! He's been a blessing for my kids and their dental journey! I just love everyone there!!! Thank you for helping a momma in need today!!!

We switched to Associated Pediatric Dentistry earlier this year after having some issues at a previous dentist. My 6 year old can be pretty anxious and likes to know what is being done and to see what instruments are being used. I understand that can be time consuming but our previous pediatric dentist was extremely rude about it. We had our 2nd visit with Dr Mara today for a dental procedure and even my anxiety was up worrying about how my daughter was going to do. Dr. Mara and staff was so patient and communicated to my daughter the way she wanted to be communicated with through the whole procedure. I was almost in tears over how amazing they did and wanted to hug them for making this such a great experience. I am so glad I found this office and feel like I owe Dr. Mara the world right now.

We have had nothing but good experiences at this dentist office. The staff has always been positive, respectful and helpful. I also greatly appreciate their scheduling system which sends out an automated text reminding you of your upcoming visit, Yesterday we came in for a semi emergency. Our son had broken two of his front teeth and they needed expert repairing. I have to admit I was really concerned that they would not come out looking well. Dr. Kevin did an amazing job, especially considering the damage done to one of my sons teeth, and Dr. Kevin was very uplifting, reassuring and gentle with my son throughout the whole procedure. His assistant was wonderful as well! I'm very grateful we have these dental professionals in our area. Do not hesitate reaching out to them if you have a kiddo that needs to get their teeth looked at

Dr. Kevin and his staff have been taking care of our children's teeth for nearly 10 years. They are always friendly and personable with the kids and have built a rapport so that my children love to go to the dentist. The facility is always clean and all of the members of the staff and kind and courteous!

Dr. Kevin was great! HOWEVER, we are never going back because their office manager told us our insurance is "in-network, but not really in-network" so they billed us outrageous fees as an out-of-network patient. Our insurance company was way easier to work with than this office.

Dr. Rice and staff were fantastic and did an excellent job with my son who has always been very apprehensive about dental procedures. He kept my child informed and kept him very relaxed, it was a great experience. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for our 2 & 3 yr old boys. Quick, on time, in and out, and to the point. They explain everything thoroughly. Office staff is great. Our kids will be back every six months. The Saturday morning hours are great for our schedule too!
