These guys are amazing. Had an appointment to remove a tooth and put in an implant. I'm a cash customer so I didn't want to pay to be put to sleep. Dr Wells assured me he could do it and I wouldn't feel a thing. He was absolutely right. His staff is amazing. I will recommend everyone I know to go to his office

Dr Eilers is the best! I was TERRIFIED because of having bad experiences with a dentist when I was younger so my fear was that this would be another bad experience. But honestly I went in today and got 3 teeth pulled and it was a really pleasant experience. Dr Eiler and his assistant Susy is the best! If I have to have anything else done that's where I'm going and those two will be who I go to see. They're the bomb and I'm extremely grateful ..... Also a little sore, but more so thankful to them lol. ALLLLLSSSSSOOOOO! Dr Eilers is the reason I quit smoking. I was really passed about it the first week but after that week I realized I'm really thankful to him for making me quit before having it done and now I'm 5 weeks without smoking ans I don't plan to start back. And I wouldn't have had the willpower to do it without him being like "you need to quit smoking before I can do it". So thank you Dr, you da best!

My experience was so much better than I had expected. I had two wisdom teeth removed. I was very nervous going in because I have never had something like this done. Susie from the very beginning was comforting and so nice. She made my entire time there wonderful. Dr. Eilers was amazing. I have little swelling, and little pain. I can't sing their praises any lounder!

After sending Blue Cross information 3 days before office visit . Going for consultation $80 fee they told us the insurance would not pay for surgery after our visit . I told them they should of told us this before consultation not after.. They are not willing to give back money for consultation but agreed they should of told us before visit that insurance wouldn't pay . We filled out all forms before the appointment and was not told insurance wouldn't pay ..

Have to update my Review from 2 stars down to one. My insurance was taken but charged 80 consult fee, said oh I'll be refunded if insurance pays. They never filed it. The office staff is rude and act like they are better than you. The aide that took me back was really nice. The dentist seemed nice. Until I learned he was wrong and basically wanted more money. Said they'd have to use general anesthesia both wisdom teeth were impacted only a bit of each could be seen. So surgical soft tissue extraction, my insurance didn't cover I was quoted well over 1000 for two teeth. Found a different oral surgeon at a different practice. My right one is impacted yes insurance won't cover, but it can be removed with local. The kicker, my left one, wasn't impacted it was all the way through, it was badly broken which is why the aos dentist only saw a bit on the 2 seconds he looked in my mouth. It was pulled normal extraction local only best part my insurance covered it. the one insurance doesn't cover will only cost a little over 300 dollars at new Surgeons. Less than half of what AOS quoted. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else, it'll save you some money and stress. Money is ALL AOS cares about!!!

From the front, to the back, and to the Doctor. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! I was a little scared but after getting to the back and talking with the assistants, I felt safe! And even better, I thought after it would be worse then what it was but it wasn't bad at all. So thankful for these people getting me in soon and getting me in and out of the chair and still feeling like I wasn't just another body in their chair lol THANK YOU!

They not honest in regards to cost and handling insurance issues. Check if they are in network with your insurance or not as they will not tell you till after you get the bill.

Dr. Wells and his staff are AMAZING! Reception were very polite and patient towards everyone coming through. X-Ray tech, pronounced my name correctly, which was a first at any medical office I've ever been to. Dr. Wells explained everything! He was very kind and patient. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Referred by dentist for my son's wisdom teeth removal, refused to make an appointment because we lived in Kingsport, not Johnson City. My son is in a lot of pain, needs surgery and they did not care. The Kingsport office was booked 2 months out. Ridiculous.

Dr. Nathan Wells and his assistant Katie provided the best dental experience I've ever had. I went in for an extraction and implant procedure and Katie not only found my vein the first stick but calmed me down before my procedure and the doctor did excellent work. I barely felt any pain at all that day or the following. Will take ALL of my family to them in the future. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

One thing I love about Dr. Wells is what he DIDN'T do...which was a risky procedure while I was knocked out, not once but twice. First visit, I went under....turned out I didn't have enough bone for the implant. He didn't do it and scheduled another appointment for a 2nd attempt including a sinus lift. Next visit, I went under again, and I woke up to him sitting there waiting to tell me he felt it was too risky. I ended up with a bridge. Fast Forward a few years to now.....another implant attempt on the opposite side of my mouth. I specifically asked for Dr Wells because I knew he wouldn't do it if it's not safe. We breezed through it. Today is the day after surgery. So far, so good. Dr. Wells told me he has a policy if he wouldn't do it to his own family, he won't do it to his patients. I know this to be true and I hope all doctors hold to that standard! The office staff has always been very sweet to me. The lady who handles the insurance really jumps through every hoop to get the best coverage possible! I wish I could remember her name. Great job !
