I'm definitely part of the majority when it comes to dental work. It's not my idea of a good day nor a place i ever look forward to going. I have to say though, visiting Dr. Bednar made me feel a little more like an adult than a 7 year old. He was respectful and kind and the very best part, the extraction was so fast and painless! I couldn't believe he had pulled out a huge, deep, molar in a single strong and steady pull (that's how I felt the pressure anyway) I barely heard a crunch and he didn't even have to adjust his position or grip on the tool. Once he grabbed hold, he committed to it and about 30 seconds later, it may have been less, only a few seconds, I'm not positive, but it took me longer to calm myself with deep breaths in order to open my mouth than it took for him to have tooth on the table in front of me. Wow, what a different experience! I told them that i hope i never have to see them again but..... and this is just between us but, i bet i would go without sedatives or even much coaxing. Yeah. I think i may have grown up a little. . .

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed today, and it went super smoothly. The whole staff was beyond helpful and caring along with doctor Bednar. Was an excellent experience!

These girls are the sweetest people ever and i am so glad i got my surgery done here. Dr Goldenberg was amazing and stitched up my incisions really well. Before the surgery i was really panicking and the girls were so helpful calming me down and distracted me, honestly i have no clue when i passed out i just remember looking at the view of the pond and saying 'im dizzy' and that was it haha. If your looking for somewhere that is gonna truly care about how you feel and your well being this is the place to go, pricy down payments but was absolutely worth it <3 thank you Ladies so much you have no idea how much i appreciate you all! They may seem like they are in a rush but thats every oral surgery center they still take the time to show caring and compassion.

I (Bonnie, Mike's wife) had my first tooth pulled today. I was very nervous but Dr Prasad and his assistant were FANTASTIC! He explained everything, was patient and did a great job. Highly recommend. Bonnie

I had to bring my 81 year old dad to the Maple Grove location. I was very surprised and delighted at how well they treated us. The staff were all very friendly and talkative and the dentist was amazing as well. My dad was nervous and gets kind of anxious in these situations, but the assistant immediately put him at ease by turning up Pink Floyd (my dad's favorite band) for my dad to enjoy while he waited for the dentist. The dentist treated him with respect and was even joking around with him as well. Overall, a great experience!

March 11, 2022 I am only giving this business 3 stars and those only go to Ms. Sand and Dr. Laurie A. Goldenberg. First I think the rudeness of the staffing at check-in is NOT appreciated. My first visit with my brother two weeks ago, staff person Ms. Sand and Dr. Goldenberg, were excellent! Our second visit today, was the complete opposite! From the time we entered the office, until we left, we were hurried through our visit. One of the the receptionists even came back to our room, before we had a a after procedure consult with Dr. Goldenberg, asking use to pay, so we could leave without checking out at the front desk. I thought that quite rude and strange. Our second visit was "confusing" staff. Not the same assistant, two staff, one did not even ask our names, or give her name. She instantly told me to get my paper off a table in the examine room, as I would contaminate items COVERED on top of it. What???? Than she was upset that I did not have the paperwork for being the POA for my brother. Our first visit 2 weeks prior, nothing was said about the paperwork having to be brought. Than she(?) put a clipboard and pen in front of my brother, he not knowing what he was signing..... I have no idea what this persons name was and what her roll in the room was.....I immediately let Dr. Goldenberg know that I was not happy with this person and prior to this had asked for Sand to assist Dr. Goldenberg. I was put off...that never happened. Finally, if I had not spent the time with the doctor after my brother was done with the teeth removal, I would have gotten a prescription with nothing checked in the box as to what medication he should get. In the end, I learned a very important lesson, that things are not necessarily what they seem to be; make sure you have more than one encounter. (This is the reason I waited for the second visit, before writing a review.) Perhaps some "house cleaning" and communication would improve this surgical practice.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere! Prasad and his assistant clearly explained the procedure and checked up on me multiple times throughout. Would highly recommend!!

Top notch oral surgeons! I have known for many years that this is THE place to go for oral surgery. When my son needed his wisdom teeth extracted, there was only one place I was going to go. Dr Bastodkar is very caring, exceptionally skilled and a super nice guy. The staff is wonderful also. My son had a great experience. Thanks AOMS and Dr. Bastodkar!

had Dr. Prasad Bastodkar remove some teeth for me. I was VERY nervous about the whole procedure, but from the beginning he made me feel better about it. He was kind, patient and I trusted him. The procedure went as good as it could have and I'm thankful for him and his team!

But Dr Prasad has explained us very detailed information about the surgery and comfort us. His staff was very caring and friendly. His staff even followed up the next day by asking how our daughter is feeling etc. it means a lot to us. I would say this dental clinic office is best place. I strongly recommend to anyone who needs to go thru any sort of dental surgery or wisdom teeth removals. Great people!!

What a nice and professional people at Dr Bastodkar's clinic !! Our daughter had to remove four wisdoms teeth and needed a big surgery. But Dr Prasad has explained us very detailed information about the surgery and comfort us. His staff was very caring and friendly. His staff even followed up the next day by asking how our daughter is feeling etc. it means a lot to us. I would say this dental clinic office is best place. I strongly recommend to anyone who needs to go thru any sort of dental surgery or wisdom teeth removals. Great people!!

Very professional place, answered all my questions and did a great job! It was my first time going under and they put me at ease and the procedure took 30 minutes. Dr. Prasad Bastodkar was amazing, welcoming and great. Professional and helpful. Happy too for the blanket:)

I was referred here for a procedure and when I called to ask questions I was connected with a woman that had no time to answer them and I was told that I can just ask the doctor the day of. I arrived for my appointment, and began by asking some questions to the receptionist, she again had no time for my questions and kept asking for my insurance card as though her only concern was the money. I gave her my digital card, and she made a big deal about having a DPPO plan and let me know that I would "probably not be covered". She made sure I knew that my coverage wasn't ideal in her eyes. The nurse came to get me, I tried asking questions to her as well, she had no time to answer them and told me to sit in the dental chair for the procedure and wait for the doctor. I tried explaining to her that I wasn't asking intricate medical questions I just needed to know what was happening. I expressed to her how uncomfortable I was and I felt as though the practice in the office was to have mass volume of patients versus concise careful care. She huffed at me and said "really", and rolled her eyes. I handed her clipboard back and said to her that I felt the treatment from the staff, since the beginning, was less than acceptable. I left the office never to return to their place of business.

Ok so I'm the guy who cannot stand pain! It's a huge deal for me. I always have to beg and cajole and actually stop the dentist and try to explain that i am the 1 guy in the world who WANTS the horse needle. It is so frustrating. Well i only just started to get my spiel out when Dr Huss blasts into the room, grabs a needle and shoots me just once. He had to really dig around and work at my broken tooth to get it out but I didn't feel a thing. I am soooooo happy with him! I. Didn't get the tingles for 8 hours. When i came back to my followup visit I just about kissed him. Thanks very much, Doc. You turned a nightmare into a dream. Thank you. And well done.
