Wow can't believe they got that tooth out that easy. I was nervous and not anymore. I hope I never have to come here again but if I need a tooth pulled this is where I'm going.

One of the worst dentist office experience I ever had. Apart from being very unprofessional they make wrong billing statements. They keep sending threatening letters asking for balance but do not provide payment methods. Every time you call to pay, they keep saying they will return the call and never do. I would avoid this office!!!

I was so nervous going in, and they put me at ease! They were all so kind, from the front desk staff to the staff in the back and the Dr! I could not have been happier with how things went! They easily explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and made the whole procedure so easy! I will definitely be going back for anything else that I may need! I very highly recommend them!

If I could give this Oral Surgeon and Staff 10 stars I would!!.The staff and Dr Chaudhary allayed my anxiety by how? demonstrating Professional patient care delivery,. I am in the health care profession as an RN for 45 yrs, and they assessed my VS continuously telling me each step of the way what they were doing. You can "know yourself" if you are in the Medical Field however informing the Patient will always be a win-win solution for all !Also,my Blood Pressure decreased and Dr Chaudhary was on it with a NS Bolus , The receptionist and the Billing Dept explained my costs and communicated with me for Insurance Reimbursement(Thank you Cathe) My only regret is this::I wish they took patients for teeth cleaning and rt dentistry. I am grateful My dentist sent me there ,No regrets. they are all in that office knowledgeable and exude confidence to the patient which is essential.

I had a fantastic experience at Associated Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons today! Dr. Chaudhary was very supportive and efficient during my procedure. I was very nervous, but the extraction was over with before I even knew it! Thank you so much!

Staff was awesome, Had an extraction without any problems at all. Thank them so much for fitting me in quicker than my original office that was going to be another month an a half. Excellent work!! Great Teamwork they have going on there.

I was referred to Associated Oral Surgeons in Hagerstown but they were completely booked for weeks. So, the referring dentist called the Frederick location and they were able to schedule me to be seen. I still had a bit of a wait but the day of the appointment I was completely set at ease. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and the office was inviting. It did not have the " institution" vibe like the Hagerstown location. I was seen by Dr. Nahla Chaudhary. I cannot say enough good things about her She was kind, and very patient with me and understood my anxiety. Let's just say we had to get my blood pressure under control before any work could be done but once that happened ... things went well. I wanted to thank her personally after the procedure(s) but she was very busy. Hopefully she and her staff will see this review . Thank you Dr. Chaudhary and your staff for setting the bar of exemplary oral surgeries and treating your patients in such a professional and courteous manner. - Bleighne J

I called Friday and was seen Monday morning and my tooth was extracted by 10am. Wonderful service from start to finish. Everyone took their time and explained what was happening and what to expect. Everyone was so friendly. Even the tooth extraction wasn't too painful. Thank you for a job well done!!!

My dentist saw a small growth on the back of my tongue. He suggested I have a biopsy of it. Dr. Chaudhary was very helpful explaining my options. It was removed without any pain. The office staff was very professional.

I had a tooth pulled in November 2020 (in the Hagerstown office), the Monday before Thanksgiving. No pain after just more of an annoyance with the healing but I rinsed with mouth rinse and listened to everything they asked me to do and healed nicely. I have a lot more visits bc of how bad my teeth are but I pray that I will be okay with there help. I was taken care of by Dr. Forbes which I know understand that he is no longer with the practice anymore in December 2020. I have another appointment Monday February 1st, 2021 and I hope that it is quick and painless as the last Doctor was a bit rough in removing my one tooth. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful. I suffer with severe anxiety so it was nice that they tried to keep the mood light and calming. I would recommend! They also except care credit which was great!!! That, for many of us, is half the battle right there. You will enjoy there office. Good Luck!

The procedure itself was good, I was well informed. However, it was my son getting it, he is 8 and suffers from anxiety, he has had other procedures done before and nurses were super sweet and talking to him a lot to calm him down. Not the case here, an older nurse was cold, they barely spoke to him and he was so scared. As mothers, it is important to us that our children feel safe, secured and calm especially when being put under and I feel this wasn't accomplished here. Also he had to walk out of the office, no wheel chair. Maybe it's normal? I just don't know. Last time he was put under they wheeled him out to the car.

Today I had my wisdom teeth extracted....I have never experienced and extraction, other than being on the opposite side and assisting with a procedure. I was super nervous, but the staff was kind and I knew I was in good hands. They even offered me a blanket! Dr. Nelson is awesome! He is very kind, and is very thorough when explaining things. Even tho I chose to be sedated, he made sure I was nice and numb!!! Here it is, almost 10 hrs later and I am just now regaining feeling in my lower lip and chin. As for the extraction sites themselves, they are beautiful (I know that's weird to say) !!! I hardly have any extreme pain (though tomorrow could be different) my gum tissue isn't inflamed and there is hardly any swelling! For a first time extraction it's a 10/10 for me! I would refer this office to anyone and I they will be my first choice if I ever need anything like this again. Thank you, to everyone at the office!
