Dr. Daniel Kmak is a practice owner at Associated Dentists of Northwest, Indiana. Dr. Kmak received his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University, Bloomington. His Doctorate of Dental Surgery was earned from Indiana University School of Dentistry and he is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association and the Northwest Indiana Dental Society. Dr. Kmak has advanced training in cosmetic, restorative, endodontic and implant dentistry. Dr. Kmak is our only provider that makes himself available at both our Munster and Merrillville locations. Dr. Williams is our veteran dental provider with over 40 years of experience 30 of which are here at Associated Dentists. Dr. Williams has practiced every facet of dentistry from military to private offices. Dr. Williams main focus is general dentistry and taking care of the patients over all dental health. Dr. Williams is adored amongst our patients and always goes above and beyond for them.
Krystal has been a hygienist at Associated Dentists for 9 years. Krystal sees patients in both our Merrillville and Munster locations and makes herself available 5 days a week. Krystal graduated from Indiana University and has been with us since that time. Krystal has a special way of calming our youngest patients. She is so great with children! If youve had trouble with your child not wanting to have their teeth cleaned you need to see Krystal! She will have their teeth and their young spirits sparkling by the end of the visit!
Shannon has been a dental assistant for four years. Shannon works from both our Merrillville and Munster locations. Patients love Shannon because of her eagerness to accommodate their every need. Mendee has 5 years of dental administration/ insurance experience. Mendee is the Treatment Coordinator at Associated Dentists and handles all of our insurance filing and patient financing. Mendees motto is that no patient should go without dental care for a lack of finances. She will do whatever it takes to fit the investment for the treatment into your budget!
