Dr. Diana Dongell is so very nice and has patience with a nervous patient! Jen, the tech is also so very nice! The front desk employees also deserve five stars. I wasn't able to get a root canal due to my problems with the tooth. But, I am recommending this practice - truly appreciated the integrity and patience of Dr. Dongell and the staff.

Amazing that their information from a referring dental practice states that patients with emergencies are seen and treated immediately, however when I called and explained my painful situation and potential abscess, I was told that the best they could possibly do was to schedule me for over a month down the road and that ALL their patients were emergencies. Emergencies are NOT seen & treated immediately and the woman on the phone could not have cared less. I will find somewhere else to help with my situation.

I was EXTREMELY nervous from previous experiences at other locations. I knew as soon as I sat in the chair with the dental assistant JenK that I was in good hands! She was so kind! But let me just say hands down that the Dr. Fatayer was incredible and by far the easiest experience I've had at the dentist and especially a root canal! Everything from numbing technique, keeping me relaxed through the procedure with conversation, the skill, and professionalism made something I was dreading completely easy. If you are nervous and not sure who to go to this is definitely the guy you want to see! (The front desk was very helpful too but I didn't ask her name ).

I'm someone who is extremely terrified of dental work from past experience and these folks treated me with the utmost care and respect. Received a root canal and didn't feel a single thing.

Best dental surgeon I've ever been to- or just dental work period. Professional and clean, and actually discussed treatment rather than just trying to sell me on procedures. They make other practices I've been to see ridiculously amateur by comparison. Will be back in the future.

My wife was scheduled for a root canal. The appointment turned into a consultation with me involved. A root canal was not recommended at this time. We were presented with additional opportunities and recommendations. Bottom line, we truly appreciate the integrity and patience of Dr. Diana Dongell.
