My goal is to provide high quality dental care, taking in consideration the needs and desires of each individual patient. In my practice, patients are to be treated with respect, compassion, and kindness.
Dr. Jeffrey Chow received his Dental degree from the University of Southern California in 1989. He was accepted into the Boston University Periodontics and Oral Medicine program where his specialized training included Nobel and Corevent/IMZ implants and Goretex Guided Tissue Regeneration. Dr. Chow completed his certification in 1991. Wanting to gain more experience, skill and knowledge, Dr. Chow became a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology in 2006.
After receiving his postgraduate training, Dr. Chow returned to California and setup offices in Barstow and Victorville. There he spent 16 years building his practice and enjoying the California high desert.
After visiting the growing metropolis of Phoenix, Dr. Chow decided to relocate to the area providing Periodontal and Implant therapy for local residents. Dr. Chows colleagues are very excited that he can now provide top quality periodontal therapy for their patients here.
Dr. Croft attended dental school at the University of Minnesota and graduated in 2004 as a Doctor of Dental Surgery. While in dental school, he was active in the dental fraternities and student government. He was elected as his Class Vice President for the 3rd and 4th years while also acting as the student council secretary. In addition, he worked in a research laboratory looking into pain analgesics for inflammatory and bone cancer pain that was eventually published in 2003 in the scientific journal, Pain, and also orally presented his findings at the IADR/AADR dental research meeting.
After graduating from dental school, Dr. Croft practiced as a general dentist in Eden Prairie, Minnesota for 2 years for a large group practice. Dr. Croft has expanded his orthodontic practice in Peoria, Arizona to include treatment of Temporomandibular Disorder (TMD) and Sleep Disorder Breathing related to Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Snoring, and excessive daytime tiredness. He is a Diplomate of the Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorder Disciplines. He is also an active member of many orthodontic, dental, and sleep societies including the American Association of Orthodontists, The Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, The American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, the Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorder Disciplines, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain.
I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. I have lived and worked in Flagstaff, AZ for two and a half years. My hobbies include watching Formula One, and college and professional football and basketball. I enjoy doing crafts like working on my bullet journal. I also love to travel solo or with friends.

My dentist Dr. Neary with Associated Dental on 72nd and Bell referred me to their office at 59th and Bell to their oral surgeon Dr. Muul. I was pleasantly surprised the see Dr. Neary and his office manager helping out at this office. I immediately relaxed since I did not know Dr. Muul who to my relief is a highly skilled oral surgeon who did a great job!

I had Invisalign done at this office, and it was horrible. I went in over 10 times to have brackets replaced every time because they would fall off while eating or taking out my retainers. I've had people tell me their brackets never fell off, no matter what they ate or did. At first the ortho assistant told me it was my fault for what I was eating and then told me it could also be because of the bite of my teeth? Not sure what that meant. When I was done with my scheduled treatments, they told me I should do another round since my teeth weren't perfectly straight. I couldn't do that with this office because I was moving, so I chose to get a retainer. To top off my horrible Invisalign experience, they had to remake my retainer 3 times because it didn't fit me properly when I went to pick them up each time. The orthodontist asked me after my first retainer failure if he shaved my teeth down when he took off my brackets. First off, no he did not; when I had braces this was a standard thing to make your teeth straight but he didn't bother. Secondly, if you are my orthodontist shouldn't you know if you did that or not? They also spelled my name wrong on my case. Needless to say they didn't care one bit about my experience.

Not Impressed The clinical work is good but the office leaves a lot to be desired. Referred to an oral surgeon out of my dental network, after assuring me they were in network. Mailing bills and billing texts on an account paid months prior. They mailed me a copy of the explanation of benefit but keep billing me. They do not return calls about the billing problem. Not worth the time or trouble.

My dentist retired and he transferred all of his patients and some of his staff to this location and company. I have had nothing but issues since coming here. I don't know if it's gross incompetence or if they're being predatory but they are charging people for routine cleanings that are covered by their insurance at 100%. I have received two letters stating that I owe them money when I do not. They just charged my husband yesterday for a routine cleaning and he had to call today to get a refund. Their scheduling is completely unreliable. They canceled my husband's appointment three times and then when he went there yesterday they told him they did see him in February when they were the ones that canceled the appointment! His original appointment was in February and they didn't get him an appointment in until June (surprised they didn't cancel again!). I have called and left multiple messages for Carmen who worked at my old dentist's office and I have a good relationship with and I never heard back. I don't even think they gave her the messages. We will no longer be coming here.
