Registered Dental Hygenist, Vacharee L., is the first that hasn't floss-shamed me and is super gentle and encouraging. My gums and teeth feel great with her help. Highly recommend the Mission location.

I have been going to Associated Dental for quite sometime and during that time I have received the best care possible. I attribute the care to Eduardo and the rest of the staff who care for what they do. Thanks AD for the wonderful staff! Went in today 11/1/22, I had an emergency, broken tooth. Dr. Citrin and his wonderful assistant took me in and worked to get a temporary crown. Both we're excellent, got the work done in 2 hours will return to put in permanent, just excellent work. Thanks Associated Dental!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I wanted to come here as a new patient, I did not meet these people but they did not give me a great experience at all. On Sept 7th I first spoke with Bianca and told me there was available 8am, 10, am or 2pm. I asked her to put me for 10am. Later after I just got off the call, I got a text to confirm my appt at 8am. I called back instantly and got Melinda, she said the only appt available was 2pm. Today, 2 days later I get a call to reschedule my morning appointment which I thought was switch to 2pm. This place sounds like it has no competence what so ever.

I have spent over $8,ooo at this office for implants and fixed dentures. I had a old implant removed and still had one in my mouth. Never once was I told that it could not be removed and They would just work around the old implant with no way to attach it to the dentures. If i had wanted loose dentures I would have gotten traditional ones for much cheaper. I found all this out after implants placed and teeth removed. Now they want to pawn me off onto another dentist who wants to redo and recharge everything. Stay away.

There is no dentist at this location. I had 3 appointments where no dentist showed up for the appointment. My daughter's cavities were missed because they didn't have a dentist bother to look at the X-ray. By the time the X-rays were reviewed, the cavities grew larger and had to be drilled instead of a simple fluoride rinse. Their incompetence caused my 8 year old to have a more invasive procedure. We will never be back.

Dr. Manu Arora didn't use the overhead light or an explorer for our exam, that was a first. An x-ray is a 2D picture of a 3D object, an explorer is necessary for a thorough exam. I had to point out a broken filling she missed. We were told multiple times before and during our appointment that Dr. Arora had to leave by 1:30 for an appointment that was originally at 3PM so we felt the exam was very rushed. We asked for a copy of our x-rays to go elsewhere. They said they would e-mail them but we never received them. We asked two times in person and four times over the phone, we gave up after a month. Update: They finally sent us our x-rays after we threatened to call the AZ State Board of Dental Examiners for *illegally* withholding our x-rays.

I changed Dental office to be in the Delta Dental Network. I am happy to say that my out of pocket cost have only been 20% compared to spending over a $100 per visit from my previous Dental office. Staff, Dentist & Hygenist have be very attentive & responsive to my needs.
