In her spare time, Karen enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, reading, making jewelry and crafts.Karen has 33 years of experience in the dental field as a front desk coordinator. Karen has worked for Dr. Pinkham since August of 1994.
Laurie attended Omaha College of Health Careers and graduated with a degree in Dental Assisting in 1989. Sheis a registered dental assistant,certified in Expanded Functions, andhas worked for Dr. Pinkham since September of 1993.
Sam graduated from Harlan High School. She attended Iowa Western Community College and graduated with a degree in Dental Assisting. She is a registered dental assistant,a certified dental assistant, and sheis also certified in Expanded Functions. Samantha has worked for Dr. Pinkham since March of 2009.
Angie graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 1988. She minored in Life Sciences and Psychology. She is licensed to practice in Iowa, Nebraska and Texas, andhas worked for Dr. Pinkham since August of 2002.
Angie grew up in Blair, butmoved to Texas when she married her husband, Bill. Together, they hadtwo kids; Kelsey and Dillon.They moved back to Iowa to be close to family. Angieloves to take pictures, bird watching, bicycle riding and beach vacations.
Angela graduated in 2009 with an associate degree in Biology from Iowa Western Community College. She graduated from Iowa Western Community College with an associate degree in dental hygiene in 2011. Angela is a member of the Iowa Dental Hygiene Association, active in her church and is a cut flower grower.
Angela enjoys educating patients and empowering them to have the best oral health they can while embracing individualized care and goals. Angela understands that the dental office can be a source of anxiety for some patients and does her best to make everyone feel comfortable. Angela has worked for Dr. Pinkham since November of 2011.
Dr. Pinkham is a proud and active member of the American Dental Association, Nebraska Dental Association, and Omaha District Dental Society. He is presently serving on the Board for the Omaha District Dental Society. He is also a proud Delta Upsilon & Eldorado High School Alumnus.

I've been going to Dr. Pinkham and his office since he came to Council Bluffs. The whole office is wonderful & I wouldn't go anywhere else. They treat you like a friend and not just another patient in the office. Always have great interaction with the whole team.

6 or so years ago a friend recommended Dr. Pinkham to me. I have been going ever since. Small town office vibe, everyone is friendly and calls me by my name. Hygienists are great and truly seem to enjoy and take pride in their work. I loathe the dentist, but Dr. Pinkham makes the experience as enjoyable as he possibly can. I have been able to get right in if I have an emergency- like dropping my phone on my face and chipping my front tooth, or a 20 year old filling breaking. It will be a great loss to this community when Dr. Pinkham retires.

I had been going to the same dentist for almost 40 years. When that dentist passed away suddenly I was devastated and the thought of finding a dentist and their staff that was as good as what I had caused me anxiety. I was blessed to have Dr Pinkham recommended. They have surpassed my hopes and expectations. I am so glad I braved that first visit!

I have been appreciating this place for 5 years; for myself and now for my son. My 1-year-old just had his first exam. They were patient, gentle, and quick with relevant ideas to keep his smile healthy! I really appreciate their calm, caring and knowledgeable demeanor.

They have been taking care of my teeth since my daughter and I came here in the US 4 years ago. Angie is our hygienist and she has been very friendly since day 1 and my daughter is teaching her some words on our native language every time she had appointments. Dr.Pinkham is like a teddy bear, you wont feel anxious and scared on the dental chair, super nice and they make sure the patient is comfortable. Everyone on the clinic is warm and friendly. A must for every health providers.

Sat on hold for ten minutes to request a radiograph they took on my father, who has released HIPAA rights to me, be sent to the oral surgeon they referred to and they refused. Stated the Oral Surgeon should have or can take a different film. I would not trust this office! My father's insurance and out of pocket completely paid for the radiograph they took and he is well within his rights to request it be shared with a different dentist. Shame on this practice for withholding that. Update: While the practice has responded with an apology and released the radiograph to the Oral Surgeon, Dr. Pinkham has now called to yell at & harass me regarding my review twice. States his business can't afford to have my review publicly listed and that he will be contacting his attorney if I don't delete it.
