This place keeps no records or communicates between staff to ensure customers are well taken care of at all. A few months ago i made an appointment for a major procedure and i couldnt make it so i resceduled it. I called and spoke with the office manager and the front desk clerk more than once to confirm the payment and procedure for my dental work. I took off work and got a attendance point so i could have this work done. Once i arrived to my appointment on Thursday i was told by the front desk clerk that what i was told by the clerk working on monday that she lied and the information she gave me was wrong. I was also approved for a downpayment by the office manager but when i arrived, a different front desk clerk advised me that i cannot pay a downpayment even though she confirmed she sees the approval from the manager in the system. The front desk clerk stated that the last clerk i spoke with was a lier and apologized for her actions. They also confirmed they didnt even know who made my appointment. And there was no record of it. Wow! Let me remind you that i called the front desk just 4 days before my appointment to confirm and was told yes. But when i arrived for the actual procedure , nobody knew anything and could not find out anything. As a grown man i cried bc i really needed this work and have been planning this for months. I even risked losing my job to get the work done and i have nothing to show for it. I even have insurance which covers 80 % of my work. This is was so embarrassing and time consuming for nothing! If i could sue them i would. The point is if your looking for a dentist to treat customers right and keep records, this is not the place to visit. Please consider going elsewhere if you can. These people seem to have no knowledge of what the managers or other employees are doing at all. If there a score lower than one then they deserve it. TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO FOR DENTAL WORK ! AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN.

Hello my peeps,my name is nicole and there is a very special person who realli has a heart and really do care about you and your care for dental treatment as well as your payment options..this Beautiful unique woman goes up and beyond to meet your needs ,omg i cant say enough about her but the most i can say is that when you think nobody cares and if you dont like your smile ,please do not beat your sekf up about because the woman im talking about at aspire dental has done open all doors,hopes and dreams for me ..when my insurance said no because i had maxed out there was a little angel that stepped to mye and said yes imgone go out my way to make sure you get your smile back and when i tell you i owe my lifee to this woman omgg she is the best. And i mean the very Best at what she do and will go out her way to get the job done ...her na me is (Ms.Tesa) the manager over aspire dental at both locations and the staff i cant say enough they all went out there way for me and they will do it for anybody else you must give them a try and thanks to you Dr.Rump your the absolute best and to you Dr.Ricks thanks for helping me and noticing the difference we had to make and with all the help from u and the staff made it all a beautiful experience for me..thanks again Aspire Dental...i will be back and i will send people you all's way...thanks to Aspire Dental they haved made me the Happiest woman on Earth ,i been waiting for this all my life ...Bless B to you all.

I had chipped a molar about a year ago and recently it started giving me problems,I started having pain that would keep me up for hours,so I finally got tired of it,I told my wife to call the dentist and schedule me an appointment, to my surprise they said they could see me the next day, of courseI jumped on it,I went in they did some x-rays,and found out what I needed and fixed it,fast,nothing like what it used to be hours and hours at the dentist,and more gentler than the other dentist as well,nice atmosphere!I am planning on going back for more work to be done

I there 2 month ago. I will tell anybody deaf be careful . Because will charge you 100 dollar for x-ray . Kick you out door.

The staff at Aspire is very friendly and professional. I had my first appointment there recently and it was a positive experience. They got me in and out quickly and I will definitely go there again.

My first visit I was told I needed a root canal and a crown. My second visit was 6.14. And Dr radar did the root canal. Pinched my lip in some apparatus which left a laceration on my lip for several days. No apology. I saw Dr NaNaully 7.2.19 because the tooth was hitting my tooth on the bottom which was causing discomfort. He filed down 2 centimeters of my tooth so it wouldn't be hitting my bottom tooth. I came next day 7.3.19 for the temporary crown. It was this visit when Dr radar ground my tooth to a tiny little nub. Now impression of my tooth was not done in a prior visit but impression of my tooth was done 7.3.19. I have a temporary plastic crown in my mouth that is half the size of my actual tooth before all of the grinding, filing etc. This is my bicuspid which is visible when I smile. So I suspect the porcelain crown to come back as a short tooth too since no impression was done of my actual tooth. I can never smile again with the nub I am left with. Definitely not trusting this place to care for another tooth in my mouth. It has been a horrible experience after having the same dentist in FL since I was a small child. Great experiences for 55+ yrs and after my awesome dentist retired I moved to TN and found this place. Regrettably so I am missing safe gentle Dentistry that I grew up with.

The staff and hygienists are all fantastic. However the dentist was not. If you're looking to be another body in a chair, ignored as a patient, and just have work done on your teeth then this is the place for you. However, if you're looking for a warm dentist that you want to go to long term, want to gain an understanding of what's going on in your mouth, a dentist that listens to what you have to say, one that is patient, or one that wants to look at x rays and talk to you before getting to work then youll be better off somewhere else. But again, the staff was very nice and welcoming.
