Precious at the front desk, always has such a friendly smile. I was taken in a timely fashion to the dental chair and never felt like my dentist was rushed or that she didn't have time for me. I was comfortable the entire time, and left with a follow-up appointment as expected.

This was the only place in Niagara Falls that would take me in. I did have to make an apt request online before hand, which I honestly prefer because you don't have to sit on the phone & wait. Instead they call you a few days afterwards with available appointments. My appointment was only for a cleaning & x-rays, I do have to go back and see the dentist in about a week and eventually get my wisdom teeth pulled after that but, I just want to say my dental hygienist was the biggest sweetheart ever. & she cleaned my teeth so well! Going to the dentist is normally an anxiety filled adventure for me so, the fact that my hygienist was so friendly & didn't judge me for how bad I allowed my teeth to get was a HUGE deal. I would def reccomend them!

I have not been to a dentist in 12 years, I thought my teeth were dismal and needed to be removed. The doctors and the auxiliaries here are superb. They sent me it is immediately and help me look for options. As it turns out my options are good and this practice is getting every service I need. I'm so happy to be with them

Excellent service. Extremely clean. The front desk lady went above and beyond and was very courteous! Probably the best experience I've had at a dentist office! A+++

I wasn't very comfortable with this place from the start, but its the dentist right? Well after 2 regular cleanings in a year they started pulling me in for all these "intensive care issues." After going for my last check up the hygienist got an attitude with me before we even started. I got up, walked out and will never go back! Never have I been to such an unprofessional medical facility with absolutely no chair/bedside manner

I called the Niagara Falls location on a Friday last minute for a crown that had fallen off. They were completely booked but Dr. Zohur managed to squeeze me in. She and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to all of them.

I have been with this Dental place since they opened I never once had a bad experience. The employees are very kind and friendly every time I came to get a cleaning or other dental work done. I appreciate everything they have done for me! Thank you!

I had called to reschedule an appointment which was only made the day earlier due to my 13month old son getting a massive ear infection and they told me I was no longer welcome as a customer. Disgusting!!!!

I'm glad they finally got rid of the dry acting man that use 2 work the reception area but the young lady that just hung up on me isn't much better!!!!!! How were they able 2 fit me (4 fittings) and get me my plate and now they won't see me 2 make adjustments 4 a plate that I literally cannot wear. There reasoning is due 2 numerous missed appointments "prior" 2 covid!!!!! So my question is "How was I able 2 get my fittings done and received my plate and now I need adjustments done they wanna tell me about missed appointments from yrs ago???" Lord make a way!!!!!!

Terrible experience. They claimed they cancelled my appointment and called me and left a voicemail, they never did. They already didn't call to schedule my follow up cleaning like they told me they would, I had to call them multiple times to get on the schedule. They told me I could be seen and then said I couldn't as the other 1:40 patient just walked in. I wanted to make sure I left with an appointment since they're hard to schedule and the receptionist told me "it would be a couple months" instead of actually trying to schedule me an appointment. 0/10 would recommend to others.

I have the best experience at the office. I was experiencing a dental emergency and they were quick to get me in. Just like most others the dentist office is not my favorite place to go. My nerves were put to ease with I met Jillian. She tool the time to explain what my insurance covers and what it doesn't..unfortunately my insurance would not cover any procedures at this office ..After I met the dentist and the rest of the crew, they continued to put my mind as ease and provide great service ..To me that was much more important than finding a new location that my insurance would cover. This office was quick to help me through my issue. Not only that, but Jillian continues to check in to see how I'm feeling. If you are looking for a great dentist and friendly staff, this your place!

Came in with a lot of pain. Check- in was easy. Wait time was kind of long, but understandable. Issue was addressed right away. The next morning issue felt a lot better. Aspire is the go to place if you want friendly and accurate service.

I set up an appointment for my mom. Went there and the told that they had canceled it and claims they couldn't reach me. I never received a call from the office. My mom is handicapped and is in a wheelchair, it's very hard to get her out. Very disappointed!!!
