It was awesome they treated me so nicely i go back 2 weeks get my dentures im so excited. I broke my dentures and they got me in right away witin week I had them back thankyou Dr Mezalar all your wonderful team you girls rock

I haven't been to a dentist in years. Went today. The hygienist Jordyn was awesome. She explained everything cleaned my teeth did x-rays and the dentist was great. I left there with a treatment plan in place and my next appt scheduled. Need to get approval from insurance company so some work is on hold. I waited 4 months to get into an appointment. Convenient that all the new patient forms are online but that's about it. After email confirmation, text confirmation, and even a phone call to move my appointment up 10min! They neglected to inform me that you can't have anyone go back with you, including your children. I am a new patient, nothing is posted until you walk into the building. Apparently only if you have a child patient, you get this warning. Which in my honestly opinion, I do not care for the fact that you are not allowed to go back with them. Completely disappointed and a huge waste of my time. I am not going back, this place is just not for me or compassionate for families.

Went in to get a root canal procedure done and I was advised I would need to pay cash I asked how much it would be and was told around $500.00 so I asked if that covered everything from beginning to end and was told yes and I went ahead and setup a appointment then I get a call for my next appointment and was told to bring in almost a $1000.00 for the next appointment and was confused as to why when I explained I already had paid. Then told me the next procedure was more. I told them I wasn't told that and would have rather had the tooth pulled if I was made aware of the exact cost. I wanted to setup a appointment to pull the tooth now and asked for a refund for what I paid if I'm getting the tooth pulled because I was misinformed and was told I wouldn't get a refund. So because one of your people didn't explain things properly I guess people just lose their hard earned money. I will never return here again or refer anyone to your office ever again. Stay away from this place.

My mother needs immediate dental attention due to a filling falling out and they refused to do anything unless she gets a full cleaning and x-rays but her last cleaning was with another dentist less than 6 months ago so insurance won't approve another cleaning until November. They are only in it for the money plain and simple, stay away

I'm new to the area and found Aspire Family dental through a web search of dentists in the area. The reviews were good, so I decided to give them a try. Donna, my hygienist, was very friendly as was everyone else I met there today. The exam and cleaning were very thorough; I felt like they did a great job.

Megan was very rude. We were late due to the chatting In line ahead of us. Took my child to the back for cleaning then brought them back up front and had a tantrum about us being late. We arrived on time, late check in due to chatting in front of us.. The dental hygienist was swearing in the back about our arrival that we cannot do our cleaning. Some hippa issues too but we never had an issue other times we had gone here. Maybe just having a bad day?

So happy I found such a good dentist!!! I used to procrastinate and wait til I had the worst toothaches to see a dentist. I let my teeth get so bad. Then a couple years ago I found an amazing dentist office and since then have had a lot of work done and now my smile is beautiful again!!! I am SO thankful for these doctors. They have truly helped me overcome my fear of dentists and they have saved my smile. I live in Buffalo and travel to Lockport because they are that good. If you are like how I used to be, procrastinating and letting your teeth get bad out of fear...don't stop looking until you find a good dentist you can trust bc once you do, it's so worth it!! My dental health is so much better and I am much more confident with my smile! Dr Mechtler is truly so wonderful.

I have been trying to get an emergency appointment for a broken tooth for weeks now, only to get walked in circles, call here, email here, no one replies no one responds, their web appointment system is severely neglected as I tell them to communicate through email due to my hearing loss, they still refuse to respond to me. For a medical office, they sure are poor at handling people with disabilities.

Had to have aveloplasty ( not spelled right but you get the idea) before I could be fitted for my dentures . If your looking for bedside manner they aren't the place ( very no nonsense ) but 3 days after the work was done I feel good , Not too sore and they were very thorough in giving me the next appt and instructions for my healing . I've had worse experiences elsewhere so ..

I went there,the hygenist cleaning my teeth was very good..the dentist Dr Mechler..however came off quite rude and condecending. I was told last visit I didnt need a partial plate as long as im chewing fine. .i overheard Dr. Mechler tell the hygentist.."see They never listen'. Well YOU never told me is more like it. I wont be going back. Anytime i had a cavity they just ripped the tooth out anyway.

The cavity they filled for me hurts more now than it ever did. And the edges of cavity fill so sharp they cut into my tongue and cheek. Need a new dentist to fix it. Never had such a sloppy job done before.
