Being involved with the community is important to Dr. Lisa. Currently, she has started a project to donate household goods and clothing to families in the area. Other recent projects include: volunteering at the Oregon Mission of Mercy, a 2-day event that provided access to free critical dental care (totaling over 1.2 million dollars), donating hair toLocks of Love which provides hairpieces to children afflicted with hair loss due to medical conditions, and organizing clothing exchange events that benefit local non-profits.
Before Dr. Lisa and her husband had kids, they enjoyed traveling, wine tasting, snow skiing, and going out to all of the unique restaurants Portland has to offer. Their favorite restaurants included Ned Ludd, OX and Saint Jack. Now they find themselves eating an awful lot of Chipotle, Hot Lips Delivery, and any restaurant with a kids menu, as they try to keep up with their 3 kids (a 2nd grader and twin toddlers).
Dr. Lisa enjoys being a part of Aspire Dental because of the great patients and staff. Work is always fun thanks to a great music playlist and friendly, caring staff that not only excels at what they do, but have a great sense of humor!
Being an avid crafter, Candi finds time to crotchet, do wood and canvas imaging, making personalized gifts and paying video games. A few of the things Candi likes about Portland: the variety of restaurants (Sweet Hereafter, Sushi Mazi, The Bye and Bye and Hammys Pizza are among her favorites), the greenways that allow her to bike everywhere, and the overall positive and conscientious vibe of Portland.
Candi enjoys working at Aspire Dental because of the amazing patients and great crew she gets to spend her day with. Everyone is enjoyable to Candi and she always looks forward to catching up with patients at their visits. Next time youre in, tell her your sun sign and she can tell you all about yourself. Or better yet, ask her to juggle. Kids love it.
Outside of work Courtney can be found doing activities around town with her husband and Australian Shepherd. On a nice day, she likes to golf and when its not so nice, Courtney likes to watch the latest football and basketball games. In addition to sports, she likes crafting and decorating. Decorating what? Eggs? Houses? Youll have to ask her.
Courtney enjoys being a part of Aspire Dental because of the genuine co-workers and patients. Next time you see her, youll have to ask her if she has any unusual talents. She claims to not have any, but were not so sure.
Julia has immersed herself in Portland culture. Since moving here, shes spent the past two years involved with kickball and dodgeball teams, drinking a lot of craft brew, getting in as many concerts as she can and finding new and entertaining things to do in Portland, both indoors and outdoors. Her favorite Portland restaurant is Bamboo Sushi.
As Aspire Dental, Julia enjoys the people she works with and her patients. She treasures the professional, but fun atmosphere. Next time you see her, ask her a music question. Shes heard of practically everyone.
When Preslie isnt at work, she can be found doing any number of activities, like: hiking, running, crafting, and catching the latest happy hour deals around town. She enjoys hanging out with both her friends and family, exploring new places around town. She claims to be really good at hula hooping too, but we have yet to see her prove it.
At Aspire Dental Preslie loves everyone she works with. She enjoys the team work and being able to care for her patients. Next time you see Preslie, ask her about her latest travel plans. She loves to travel.
Educating patients and seeing an improvement in their oral health is why Tasha enjoys being a part of Aspire Dental. Tasha has been a part of Aspire Dental for close to 5 years. Patients are thrilled to have her as their hygienist, shes both gentle and thorough. Next time you see her, ask her about which country music performers are coming to town. Shes a big fan.
Born in Twin Falls, Idaho Kimberlee was raised in La Grande, Oregon. She moved to Portland recently for school. When shes not busy studying, Kimberlee can be found hiking with her two dogs and boyfriend. She enjoys Portlands food scene and traveling when theres free time.
Kimberlee enjoys working at Aspire Dental because of all the great people that she meets daily. If youre a dog person, next time you see her she can probably give you recommendations for the newest dog-friendly hike shes discovered.
