Originally started going to Aspire because i needed last minute appointment late in year for insurance discount through work. Permanently converted to Aspire after first visit thanks to great care, explanation and technology overall.

Dr Cruz and his staff are very knowledgeable and have taken care of every issue that I've had come up with my teeth; they've actually gone over what I expected. They are the nicest people around, and my entire family is now going to them.

I recently started going to Aspire after my previous dentist stopped taking my insurance. I had also not seen a dentist in quite some time due to the pandemic. A neighbor recommended Aspire and it turned out that I needed cavities filled and several crowns. What has been most notable about the staff at Aspire is how kind everyone is. I'm a nervous dental patient. All all times the staff was very clear about what they were doing and checking my comfort level. I had multiple appointments due to the amount of work I needed to have done and they were all scheduled easily and in a timely manner. I appreciated that the billing coordinator reached out too give me a heads up on what my insurance would/would not cover. I've been very pleased with the kind, caring and professional staff and would recommend them to others.

Dr. Cruz and his staff are phenomenal. Every employee is kind, caring, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, which is a direct reflection of the services you receive from Dr. Cruz. Not only is Dr. Cruz exceptionally skilled at the mechanics of his job, he also kept me completely informed, calm, and comfortable throughout the duration of my extensive dental work. His compassion is genuine, and his talent is obvious. I have never been more thrilled with the outcome of my teeth. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Cruz as my dentist, and I recommend him to anyone.

My family decided to visit Aspire Dental after the Dentist we had used for 20 years retired. My husband chose Aspire after checking out many other Dental care providers. I am extremely grateful for the choice. He was very concerned about the decision because I am very dental phobic. I couldn't be happier with the decision. I'm sure that others share this phobia and I probably would not have ever gone to another Dentist. After my husband and sister had been to Aspire I scheduled a cleaning for myself and I am so happy that I did. Thankfully, the staff understood my situation and I am so happy that I actually can't believe that I go 3 times a year. They are the best

Dr. Cruz is one of the best Dentists I've ever used. I've had many dentists in my life; they all do pretty similar activities. The difference with Dr. Cruz was his ability and willingness to explain to me what he saw in my X-rays and the course of action needed. Instead of the doctor talking to another doctor about what they are going to do to me, he spoke to me about what he saw, what that means, how that affects my life in five years, and even the history of the work that was previously done on me. I feel comfortable and confident in Dr. Cruz's work, and the entire process was a breeze. I like learning, and Dr. Cruz likes to teach.

My review is solely based on policies and procedures this office has in place. Dr. Cruz was pleasant, knowledgeable and I really would have continued to go to him if I did not have such negative experiences booking an appointment. My first gripe was being threatened that I would lose my appointment if I did not complete the new reg paperwork right away. I understand its common practice to have the paperwork completed before an appointment, but it was an annoyance to have to do as soon as I made my appointment out of the fear of losing it. For my son, I completed the paperwork but they never received it, so they told me I had to do it again. His appointment was on a Monday and on the Friday before, they called and told me someone else was going to take the appointment. I just said ok give it to them because it was rude and really off putting to me. It's one thing if you want to call and say "hey friendly reminder we need that paperwork completed" but to say we are giving your appointment away is a little crazy. The 2nd negative happened when I was referred to get a root canal. I called Aspire to make my follow up appointment to cap my tooth after the root canal had been completed. This needed to be done within 3 weeks as per the endodontists. I was told, I could not make that appointment but that they could make an appointment for the fillings I needed. When I questioned why, I was told it was because they needed to get the insurance approval and it's a 3-4 weeks to process for that and then they could make the appointment for me. The only way that I was able to schedule this time sensitive appointment was if I agreed to pay out of pocket. I kept questioning this policy as it seemed strange and all they kept saying is that they did not understand why I was upset and that it was for my benefit. How is not allowing me to book a time sensitive appointment unless I agree to pay out of pocket to my benefit? I was also told I was not following the treatment plan correctly because I was supposed to get the fillings completed and then the cap on the root canal but if the endodontist is saying get that capped within 3 weeks or risk it cracking, shouldn't that be my priority? I also never received the treatment plan via email that was promised after my initial visit to the office. I called Briglia Dental Group and they were wonderful. Booked my appointment with no threat of losing it over new reg paperwork and overall was just an easier process. If you're a new patient, I would not recommend Aspire because it's a headache to book an appointment which really should be the easy part of going to the dentist.

Dr. Cruz and the ENTIRE staff are phenomenal! I, like so many others, have a love/hate relationship with dentists because of past experiences. But I enjoy the people at this office so much, that I look forward to going!

WOW!! This is the greatest dentist office I've been too! This is a great office to go to if you're looking for pleasant yet thorough experience! Every single person in the office was beyond amazing. Lauren, the receptionist, is very pleasant and welcoming when you enter and organized and detailed as you get your follow up information on the way out. Aleea, the dentist assistant has a very calming energy and making you feel so comfortable as she helps you to the examination room and during your whole visit. Dr. Cruze is also very gentle but also, upbeat and positive. He is the best dentist I have ever been too. He explained every detail as we went along and I felt comfortable my entire visit. This was my first cleaning in a few years and I feel so refreshed! Looking forward to my next appointment to catch up on my missed dental work and add is some cosmetics! My teeth feel amazing, I feel amazing having gone and the staff should feel amazing for doing such a wonderful job! I will recommend to all my family and friends!
