We will file your insurance as a courtesy. We will fill out the necessary paperwork and send the claim directly to your insurance carrier.
Dr Hall received his dental training in San Antonio, TX and undergraduate degree in biology from Texas A&M University. Post dental school residency training while serving his country in the United States Navy. Dr. Hall enjoys attending many professional development and continuing education courses all over the country. Dr. Halls coursework selection is heavily focused on dental implants and prosthetics to replace missing teeth. Dr. Hall is board certified in Nitrous oxide sedation (happy gas) to make his patients visits comfortable and relaxing.
When Dr. Hall is not taking care of smiles, you will find him in the great outdoors camping, hiking, and exploring. He enjoys playing sports, exercise, travel, and chasing after his three little tornadoes. Spending much of his life growing up overseas, mostly in Germany, traveling, and experiencing other cultures has helped shape Dr. Halls outlook on life and work. Balancing time with a comfortable, caring work environment, family, recreation, and good food (Im hungry right now). Having fun and enjoying life is crucial in helping us perform at our best each day.
Dr. McNeil was born and raised in Corpus Christi where her father is an orthodontist and her uncle is a general dentist. She attended the University of Texas for her undergraduate degree and then headed to San Antonio for dental school. Having fallen in love with Austin, she returned after graduation in 2006 to settle down and practice dentistry. She and her husband, Kevin, enjoy hiking and biking on the trails, cooking, and cheering on the Longhorns. Hook em!
Dr. McNeils easy going demeanor makes patients feel comfortable in the dental chair. She loves to turn people with dental phobia into regular patients by educating them and making their visits stress free. She has a no lecturing policy for new patients whether it has been one year or twenty years since he or she has been to the dentist. Her goal is to have every patient smiling by the time they leave the office.
The first visit takes about an hour and a half. We perform a very thorough exam. Your entire oral health is important to us, so no aspect of your mouth and its function is left out. This initial visit includes:
Paperwork that unfortunately takes time to fill out. We want to be as efficient as possible, so we have made this paperwork available for you to download from our website. Bring this with you or fax it to 512-491-8318.
X-rays of your teeth. These fall into two categories: some x-rays are taken inside your mouth and give us an up close view of the tooth, good for seeing cavities and infections of the tooth, bone and gums. The other x-ray (panoramic) is taken outside of your mouth, and shows us your entire jaw, TMJ, all the teeth, especially wisdom teeth, and sinuses. This is a great tool for evaluating the wisdom teeth, TMJ, and is a great cancer screening tool.
Periodontal evaluation is a close look at your gums and bone structure that surround your teeth and hold them in place. We evaluate every millimeter checking for any tissue infections called gum disease or periodontal disease. Gum disease is a silent infection most of the time, but can become acute and very painful. Our goal is to prevent a big painful infection and tooth loss with timely care using the most advanced diagnostics and treatment available to dentistry today.
The periodontal evaluation is the tool that we use to determine what level of care you need. If your gums are typically healthy a regular cleaning is the correct level of care, however as the health of your mouth decreases the level and frequency of care we prescribe for you must be more involved.
YES! WE ACCEPT ALMOST ANY INSURANCE, EXCEPT THOSE THAT REQUIRE YOU TO SEE A SPECIFIC DENTIST. We do all the insurance claim work for you. This includes calling the insurance company to get benefit information, interpreting this information, filling out and filing the insurance claim, which includes submitting x-rays, pictures, and other supporting documentation to maximize your benefits.

The staff at Aspire is so friendly and welcoming! Dr. Hall is amazing and great at what he does! I wouldn't let anyone else touch my teeth. He's done several implants of mine and Dr. McNeil did an amazing jobs on my crowns. Thank you Aspire for making my experience at the dentist wonderful!

he really hurt and traumatized me gave me a painful shot without the topical i requested dispite my protest they are not experts they have another dentist come in to do that work. at first they were very nice. i wanted my daughters to go there but i wanted it to work so badly that i ignored all the red flags the dentist himself was great on consult. the next 2 appts he seemed more and more aloof dismissive. the third visit with the novacaine in the roof of my mouth was traumatic. i tried to ignore this even tried to get my dots an appt. but realized what really happened. i'm traumatized every time i see his commercials and i regret forcing myself to trust him

I had not been to the dentist since I was a young kid and I am now in my early thirties. Everyone here from the reception to the hygienist and Dr. McNeil were phenomenal. They were sure to educate me on what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what I can do to make sure they don't have to do it again. (Hint: it's flossing. You should floss.) I have a sincere respect and appreciation for Ceann (sorry if I misspelled your names!!) the Hygienist. I could really tell she loves her job and her attitude made me feel totally comfortable asking every question I had. Her assistant, Brittany, was also wonderful. She was attentive and I could tell she was very interested in learning and growing. She made sure I was comfortable and the X-Rays went perfectly. And shout out to my girl Victoria at the front. She was able to explain how the insurance works and what I can expect when it comes to future work as far as costs go. Overall I believe you can't go wrong with these folks. If you leave this place with an unanswered question, it's because you didn't ask it. 10/10.

I just finished up my Invisalign course with Dr. McNeil and it was a great experience. It was easier than I expected, especially as Dr. McNeil was able to work with my unusual schedule. My teeth look better than they have in years and feel so good!

I chose Aspire because I read so many reviews about how nice the staff was. I am so glad I did because the reviews were spot on. From front desk staff to the dentist, everyone was so kind and helpful. This visit has made me feel inspired to go to the dentist more regularly.

This dentist office has it all...friendly Front Office staff who make me feel welcomed with every visit, caring Assistants who are gentle and hygienic, an Office Manager who is professional and approachable with all my questions, and best of all, a knowledgeable and best Doctor! I just completed my Invisalign treatment and I am incredibly happy and satisfied. I get compliments on my straight teeth all the time now. I tell all of my friends and family to go see Dr. McNeil. She took the time to thoroughly and carefully oversee my case from start to finish!

This dentist office is excellent! The staff is friendly and the doctor takes his time to explain any issues. My teeth were cleaned by an exceptional dental hygienist who was very sweet, friendly and knowledgeable and very thorough. I would recommend this office to all my family and friends.

When I moved to Austin I searched endlessly for a great Dental office for my family. Hubby hates going to the dentist lol and Aspire just has this way of relieving any anxiety that most people have when it comes to going to a dentist! The front office staff are funny and welcoming, the dentists are so kind and explain everything thoroughly so I know what's going on while they're filling a cavity or doing a procedure, and the office manager is so sweet! From start to finish we've always had a great experience, and everyone's cameos in my post-wisdom tooth removal videos are hysterical. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!
