Dr. Jeremy Lowell, a Virginia resident, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University School of Dentistry (Washington, D.C.) in 1985. He achieved his undergraduate degree, a BS in Biology, from Loyola College in Maryland.
He established and maintained a flourishing dental practice in Woodbridge, Virginia for 21 years and served on the Northern Virginia Dental Society Mediation Committee for 15 years. With the deepest of love for Colorado, he became an independent contractor, working in the practice of Dylan Gibson, DMD in 2006. Along with his son, Dr. Ian Lowell, they established Aspen Smile Dentistry, PLLC in 2018, purchasing Dr. Gibsons practice, upon his retirement. The Aspen Smile father/son team is dedicated to the Best and Healthiest Smiles!
Recognizing the importance of total body health, Dr. Jeremy Lowell has always been committed to physical fitness and in 1996, he became active in the fitness industry, when he and his wife, Lori, became owners of their first fitness facility in Virginia. They have expanded this business, which now includes 8 Golds Gyms across Northern Virginia and Wisconsin. Playing a major role in his fitness facilities, he serves as CEO.
While maintaining his commitment to his patients, Dr. Jeremys entrepreneurial and business acumen have also contributed to the development and growth of several fitness systems including MOi Cycle and Drishti Beats. MOi Cycle, created in 2012 is an innovative indoor cycle class designed to measure, observe, and improve ones fitness. Drishti Beats, incepted in 2014, is a music production company, also performing live music vinyasa flow yoga classes nationally and internationally.
His expertise in dentistry and fitness has been enhanced by a commitment to yoga practice, and he is a 200 hour ERYT and a 500 hour RYT yoga instructor. In partnership with Lori, they have developed the Drishti Yoga Teacher Training Institute, which facilitates education and a 200 hour yoga teacher training certification, and he is a core instructor in the program.

I was in Aspen on vacation, and had a dental emergency due to a split molar. The nice folks at Aspen Smile Dental got me in to see Dr. Lowell on short notice (same day) right after Labor Day weekend. The entire experience was very satisfactory. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone visiting or living in the Aspen, Colorado area. Thank you to everyone at Aspen Smile Denistry!

Fell on my teeth hiking and my veneers crumbled. Called Aspen Smile based on a google search. Dr. Ian got me in immediately. Everyone was super nice and professional. He made me a beautiful set of temporaries. I was prepared to pay much more based on his estimate, but when I checked out, it was less than a third. When I asked why, he said he felt bad that it happened when I was on vacation and wanted me to enjoy my visit. Excellent dental work, wonderful people! Go!

Made my day: I was in town for business and a temporary onlay fell off a week before I'd be able to see my home dentist, and just before a holiday weekend. Contacted them Friday AM and they were highly responsive: squeezed me in day of before the holiday weekend to adhere it back on. Extremely quick and easy procedure, but necessary/urgent. While I was steeling myself to pay Aspen prices out of pocket for those few minutes, Dr. Lowell didn't charge a thing (!!!) Deeply appreciate the kindness, efficiency and quality care to resolve a minor emergency that was causing me great stress. If my experience is representative of how they approach their practice and patients, you're in great hands.

I had a major inlay come off of my molar during a trip to Aspen. I called seeking an emergency visit and they were able to fit me in. The communication was great, the dentist and hygienist and receptionist were all very kind and effective and in communication with one another. I didn't have insurance coverage and they also helped me out. Highly recommend for quality of service and effectiveness.

I've never had a situation quite like the one that Aspen Smile Dentistry has created. It's unfortunate because this has nothing to do with the care I received,, and everything to do with how their office is run. A bill was sent to my insurance company for a service I never received. Of course ,the insurance company denied the claim . I spoke to someone in the dental office about this and thought they corrected their mistake. I didn't think about it again , until I received a bill from a collection agency. Not only was my insurance billed, now I am in collections for a service that I never received. I have to wonder , had my insurance company paid them , That would be $1,700 I would have never know about. That's about as dishonest as it get's ...Shame on you.. Useful Funny Cool

I went in as an emergency patient and everybody was so helpful. They took care of me, I was suffering from a very painful wisdom tooth of mine that was in a very bad shape. I reached out using their website and Nancy called me to set up an appointment. They did an xray and saw that 2 of my wisdom tooth needs to be extracted. I can only afford to do 1 extraction, my dentist and everybody in the clinic was soooo KIND to me that my dentist decided to do the 2nd tooth for free. Everybody is nice and caring that I felt so safe in there. Please go check them out, everybody is amazing! They will listen to your every need.

Ian Lowell is an excellent dentist. He tells you what's happening every step of the way. He fixed my front tooth that I cracked and did an exceptional job his support staff is thoughtful and kind and incredibly professional. I highly recommend him and his team!

If you want an honest opinion - this is the best dentistry to get it. My previous dentist was trying to extract money from me with fake diagnosis. I have been very pleased with the services here - excellent assessments and care. I only have one crown and the Dr. did an excellent job. Very pleasant environment. The dental hygienists are super friendly and capable. Highly recommend this practice. Best in Aspen
