Dr. Chris Higuchi is a native of Spokane. He attended the University of Puget Sound, in Tacoma, where he received his undergraduate degree in biology. Dr. Higuchi then enrolled at the renowned University of Iowa Collegeof Dentistry, where he was awarded his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS).
Committed to remaining at the leadingedge of advances in dentistry, Dr. Higuchi completes many hours of continuing dental education every year. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association and the Colorado Dental Association. In addition, he has been selected as a 5280 Top Dentist since 2010.
Dr. Higuchi opened Aspen Park Dental in Conifer, CO in 2007 and the Highlands Ranch location in 2016. He is proud to have created a practice where the comfort and desires of everypatient are heard and respected.
Dr. Aaron Kubicek was born near Chicago. He lived there until he moved to Las Vegas in high school. He attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in biology. Then heenrolled at Oregon Health & Science University, where he was awarded his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD). Dr. Kubicek graduated in 1998, after being awarded the Air Force Health Professionals Scholarship.
While serving our country in the U.S. Air Force, Dr. Kubicek received his private pilot license and instrument rating. After completing assignments in San Antonioand Los Angeles, Dr. Kubicek returned to Las Vegas to practice dentistry.
Dr. Kubicek is passionate about his patients experience andcomfort, and the quality of personalized dentistry he provides each person. As a graduate of the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, he is able to provide exceptional clinical results. He strives to improve his knowledge and skills on a constant basis through continuing dental education. A peopleperson, Dr. Kubicek looks forward to meeting new patients and helping them achieve optimum oral health as well as smiles they love.
On a visit to Colorado, Dr. Kubicek and his wife realized there is no better place to raise their two small children. Relocationto Colorado in 2010 has been a blessing for their family, and they appreciate all this state offers.
Dr. Jacob Son completed his undergraduate degree at Purdue University with a degree in Neurobiology and Physiology. After completing his undergraduate degree, he completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree at Indiana University School of Dentistry.
During his time at Purdue, he completed a National Science Foundation research fellowship at Penn State University and published his research. During his time at Indiana University, Dr. Son volunteered at a student-run outreach clinic and completed a mission trip to Haiti.
Dr. Son practiced in Wisconsin after completing dental school and completed hundreds of hours of continuing education in oral surgery, Endodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Implant Dentistry. He achieved a fellowship in Implant Dentistry through Implant Pathways. Dr. Son grew up in New Mexico and always wanted to return to the mountains.
In his free time, he enjoys skiing, hiking, rock climbing, and backpacking. Dentistry for Dr. Son combines a passion for helping people and using his artistic eye to help his patients achieve the smile they've always wanted.
