I moved to the Yulee, Florida area and found Aspen Dental I'm a little upset with them. $800 quoted for a deep cleaning in Yulee. My insurance agreed to pay it. Now I'm told by AD that I'll have to pay about $250 out of pocket for antibiotics and they're trying to get me to finance this. $800 should more than cover the total cost. I shouldn't need to pay out of pocket. I'm going to take my dental work elsewhere. Don't trust there treatment plans and deceptive billing. You'll get stuck with a massive amount of out of pocket expenses.

Made our appointments for Oct. about 3 months in advance (July), had our dental records forwarded to FL from PA, went through filling out all that paperwork. Then we're told the day before our appointment, they will NOT do a cleaning on the 1st visit, so we canceled our appointment. Now we have to wait until Jan 26th for our new dentist. We NEED a cleaning!! They said they need the 1st visit to determine what type of a cleaning we need. Sounds scammy !

I am the emergency contact on an account of an adult client of theirs. Aspen Dental keeps sending me their bill and REFUSES to stop. They even told me they will report ME to the credit Bureau if I don't pay it!! UNTHINKABLE!!

The Dental Hygienist was awesome. My only criticism is that if Aspen Dental is an emergency dental practice, if I came in for dental issue such as a cavity, it should be taken care of on that date. I should not have to schedule an appointment two weeks out.

I'm giving it a 2 because I don't want to give it s 1 . I am having a tooth replaced by implant. All prep is complete. But now I'm asked for $2200 for the tooth itself. Someone dropped the ball.

Continuously picks the phone up and puts you on hold over and over for 15+ minutes without saying a word. Everytime I call! I just want to confirm my appointment! :(

Writing for elderly mother. Crown placed incorrectly. Had sharp edge she had to go back immediately after placement to have "corrected ". Still having serious problems with it 3 months later. Pain, sensitivity in it. Appears they didn't size it correctly. And don't even visit their restroom unless urgent:It's atrocious!!! Absolutely disgusting three different visits!!!

Everyone was friendly and efficient! I wish the dentist had told me what he was doing during the procedure. I feel like I could have been more compliant.

Dr. Amaral was kind, patient, and informative. The dental assistants made this experience all the better and the Assistant Office Manager (Katia, I'm so sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) was quick, informative, and very patient. Her Harry Potter purse was also very cute. I'll be sure to point my friends and family in their direction. ;)

My wife & I were will pleased with everyone we encountered while getting our teeth examined & x-rayed very relaxed atmosphere. We arranged subsequent appointments for cleaning & adjustments
