I had broken teeth and a lot of tooth Aspen Dental was a real game changer. They extracted my bad teeth and and I got a partial with no significant pain or discomfort . The staff is very pleasant and professional. If you are hesitant to go to the dentist or afraid of the dentist like me ,this is the place to go

Oh, well since you want to have an explanation for the one star. My wife stopped in before to address a tooth ache. The dentist pressured her to have a root canal that was not covered by our insurance. When she declined, Aspen charged her for xrays, but that made it so our insurance would not cover preventive care and cleaning until the next year. By the way. You have the most terrible series of reviews I have seen for any dentist in town. I wish I had read them before my wife went here. The way your business operates on money before patient care is deplorable.

I've mostly been there for Invisalign work, and it - for the most part - has been such a smooth process. The Dr. is great, she really loves what she does and the rest of the staff is super friendly.

Really enjoy the Ypsilanti office the Doctors hygienist and staff are all amazing would give 10 stars if I could !!

Very friendly staff. They provided detailed information and answered all questions. They worked with me on a payment plan and were eager to help with any concerns I may have had. I would recommend Aspen Dental any time.

By far the friendliest, most patient staff I've ever dealt with. As someone with SERIOUS dental anxiety, they go above and beyond to make the experience as stress-free as possible. Reception, Techs, managers, and doctors are all amazing.

Excellent care, but pricing not totally transparent Came in as a new patient to have a broken retainer removed. After an exam it turned out I also needed some other treatments. They did an excellent job, and were able to get everything done quickly. However, the pricing wasn't totally transparent. I ended up with an electric toothbrush that I hadn't asked for or understood that I'd be paying for. Highly recommend this location but just be careful to really understand what's included in any prices you're quoted.

WOW the level of patient care and educations is unreal I needed a root canal done which I couldn't find a opening with any other dentist for months out I was able to get my root canal done in a week ! Feels amazing to be out of pain Both Doctors are amazing (Dr. Cheek & Dr. Bussard including all of the staff the manager (Ihsaan) did an amazing job as well breaking down all the numbers and giving me a finance option with no interest Thank you so much everyone !!

Really enjoyed having my teeth cleaned Elizabeth the hygienist did an amazing job of educating me the whole way through was pleased so much that I signed up for whitening. I cant wait to have that finishing look !!!

This is by far the worst dentist I've ever been to. I had high hopes for this dental office because it was refreshing seeing an all black staff but I must say you guys left me highly disappointed. I scheduled an appointment for an inspection and cleaning and I left with no cleaning and a $6,000 payment plan that I'd have to pay after insurance. The black female doctor with the glasses said that I had moderate periodontal disease and she couldn't clean my teeth unless she tamed the infection first. Which I found to be pretty weird seeing as though I'm one to keep up with my hygiene. She also made a comment saying it "didn't happen overnight" which was very rude and inconsiderate. After being denied the service I booked for I met with the male manager who sat me down to pull my credit to assist with the $6,000 bill they were charging me for periodontal gum disease treatment, pulling of all 4 wisdom teeth, an electronic tooth brush, an invisiligner, and a lot of other things I didn't need. He told me that they could not clean my teeth unless I paid the $375 to clean the infection out first. They seemed more worried about my finances rather than my teeth. I went to a dentist office in Canton and the dentist informed me that I don't have a gum disease which, I figured. She said I didn't even have gingivitis which is 2 steps before moderate periodontal disease. She was able to clean my teeth as requested without lying to me to meet sales. Aspen Dental was highly unprofessional and I will NEVER return there again; fire the whole staff.

Love this dental office! All of the staff were very professional, understanding, and welcoming. The best and most thorough dental exam I've ever had. Unfortunately, their services are more expensive then any other dentist in my area and I do not have insurance. If I had dental insurance, this would be the only place I would trust for my dental care. 4 stars instead of 5 because of cost.

The F-heads always try to sneak their $200 electric toothbrush on to everyone for a commission. Not buying it, try to payoff your amateur college-debt another way, losers. I'm not saying someone should throw a Molotov at this place purely out of principle, but, it does explain why they have to keep the doors locked and nobody... NOBODY would care if this office went up in flames

Wow just an amazing Office was greeted by the new OM he was so nice and smart I couldn't have ask for better service he answered every question I had and as for Dr. Bussard he was my absolute favorite I was in so much pain when I came in and need of an extraction and he was able to give me same day service in the same hour for me being a new patient if I could give 10 stars I would !

Had such a pleasant experience at the Ypsilanti location. From my confirmation call from Ihsaan, to being greeted at the front desk by Haeley to the amazing Root Canal done by Dr. Halk and Mrs. Billie ( made me feel comfortable and the procedure took no time). Every was so nice and professional. Would definitely recommend this office.

Horrible I got 3 different insurance plans an they dont even try to use them an tryed to make me pay for something my insurance for an it's never the same person that told you something,,so when you go back its totally different than what was said
