It's a franchise style business. If your first time client they will not perform any services on the first visit other than diagnostic testing and a check up. In my particular experience they did not have a hygienist available yet they failed to inform me when one I booked an appointment and then they failed again to tell for once I checked in for my appointment. As a consumer this seems more geared towards making sure that the schedule stays full rather than being transparent and honest with the patient. First time customer who will not be returning. Honesty matters

My experiences with Aspen Dental at the Keneth location has not been the best, let's just say they have a lot to work on starting with customer service and catering to the needs of the patients. Front seat is pleasant but not everything else seems to be a stretch. I figured I'd keep it short. Not my best place at all, which why I will be looking for something else .

I was not happy with the dentist and how her demeanor was at all. Also at the fact that I had dental emergency and they didn't even fix the issue at hand.

Aspen dental needs more dentists. Love Alexis there, awesome personality and knows her stuff! Dr. O is the only dentist there and I'd like to see another one as he is overwhelmed.

Much better visit than my first visit.the new Hispanic Young lady (sorry didn't get her name) At the front desk was great. Very personable, informative, and professional. A great asset to Aspen Dental. Looking forward to having my future Dental cares addressed

Customers are welcome gracefully from the moment you walk through the door . The receptionist is the first line of contact she set the tone - she was very professional, accommodating , pleasant and welcome you with a smile. The environment was very comfortable and welcoming . Service is very prompt staff are very attentive. Very efficient. The dentist took his time to explain every detail , very humble and down to earth. I am very big on customer service and for me to rate a "5" is very rare. I was worried after been with children dental for over a decade and half and having to transition to adult dentistry . Am glad I found Aspen Dental

This is the worst office ever they have called and rescheduled my daughter's appointment 3 times called again today yo tell me they don't see children . Why did you schedule her to begin with such a horrible experience .

Do not go to Aspen Dental. I spent over 2000.00. I had 7 teeth pulled. My upper temporary teeth are too big and look like horse teeth. I just got my permanent lower teeth, never had a temporary plate for the bottom. I STILL DO NOT HAVE TEETH TO EAT WITH...since March. And now they will "contact me" because they are unsure of what to do next! I have been eating pureed food since they pulled my teeth @ 345.00 per tooth I might add

Aspen took me on the same day that I called and did a tooth extraction! Relieved me of a horrible toothache. Great service and everyone was super nice! I highly recommend!

The only person in this office was the HYGIENIST. I got reamed out by the receptionists, in which she would not give me her name. I will not say they treated me badly, but first IMPRESSION, was a big DEAL for me. So I did not complete my work with them...

Had to have an extraction done. They got me in in less than 24 hours. Only issue im having is some bone fragments are causing pain. Overall satisfied

I like this location very much initially. However, I am now 6 weeks overdue for my alignment tray checkup and progression. I've talked to people several times, left messages, and now I found out today that I can't continue my service at this location and I have to go somewhere else. This is in addition to having to get an appointment somewhere else for cleanings as they apparently don't have a hygienist anymore either. What the hell happened here???

If you have the money to go somewhere else then go somewhere else. Make sure to check their work yourself before you leave.

I was quite nervous about going to a new dentist (the one I went to for many years retired). Everyone was very friendly and professional. I will be going back next week. Thank you all!
