This was my first visit, I was pleased overall. The staff I worked with were quite friendly and willing to answer my questions, I had a lot! The wait to see the doctor was long, but I was squeezed into the schedule so not surprised at that. I'm going back to get the work done, hoping for another positive experience.

I'm not 100% sure that people are reviewing the same Aspen Dental here. All the rooms are private, at least that I saw when I was there twice. I had an appointment both times and got in right away. THERE IS A HUGE SIGN RIGHT ON THE WINDOW WHICH SAYS THEY REQUIRE X-RAYS FOR EVERY NEW PATIENT, so people complaining about that missed it or ignore it. I did have to wait a LONG time for the doctor once I was in, both times, which was the only down side, but he was really great. I hurt my front tooth in a fall and needed a root canal and a crown, but I was scared by the idea of a crown. The doctor said we could try just doing the root canal for now, and when the tooth starts to die I can do it. The root canal went great (although I just had it, so I can't say how it will be long term.). Overall, great experience, was treated VERY well by all. I don't know for sure if it was expensive- I've never had any actual dental work before. But from what I Googled, it's at the high end of normal. Update: I never went back for the crown, and I'm very glad. The dentist there told me that my tooth was dead and would eventually turn gray and need a crown. I was very scared by that and devastated that I would eventually need a crown on one of my front teeth that would never look natural. Well, it's been four years and it is still completely fine. I was getting pushed to get a crown I didn't need and am glad I stood up against a WRONG diagnosis!

Came in for a last minute appointment since I had been experiencing gum irritation for several days, and was getting ready to go on vacation (wanted to know what was going on); at first I was very pleased that I was able to get an appointment quickly. My experience as a whole was not pleasant. My appointment was for 8:15, I was not taken for xrays until 9am. Then wasn't seen by a doctor until almost 10am. I missed nearly 2.5 hours of work. The doctor had an attitude with me and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by being there. I felt like I couldn't ask her questions, and just wanted to get out of there. Imagine my shock at finding out my root canal done 10 years ago had failed, and was infected. I have an appointment with my regular dentist once I am back from my trip for a 2nd opinion, thank God. They were much more empathetic and understanding than who I saw today. Will not be coming back to this practice.

This was my first time at Aspen. While I was there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even after I left. I needed to call in a few times and they answered my questions. So far so good.

I would not recommend this place! My husband & I both started going there about a year ago & still haven't gotten our teeth cleaned. We both had it scheduled a few times & they had to reschedule every time. Then they can't get you in for months. I had a crown replaced & a few cavities filled and they still hurt slightly when I chew & it's been 10 months. They did xray the crown & said it's ok. Needless to say we will not be going back.

Amanda Millar/lead dental assistant was very courteous and professional when she put a new "soft liner" in my temporary bridges. She listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to ensure proper fitting was established.

Made me wait for an hour on my first appointment, then wanted to charge me $1700 (not a typo) for a cleaning!!!! LOL!!!! Went down the street to a local place and it was free after insurance.

Office staff is horrible here. Always feel like you're wasting their time. And the wait times are ridiculous. And don't show any displeasure to how they work because it will be worse for your next visits. Not sure if this is a training/ learning site but sure feels like it. Took 2 tries to get my permanent dentures right. And boy did I feel in the wrong for not liking the 1st set they made. Could hardly talk, let alone chew, with how big they were in my mouth.

I had one appointment. I had to reschedule this one because when I called to confirm it, they said I had called and cancelled it, even though this was the first time I called them. During my first visit, I spent a good bit of time waiting in the chair. They did a couple images, never actually looked in my mouth, and made made the diagnoses based on the pictures. I never even received a basic cleaning. When I was seen out, I had to stop and schedule the procedures for the work I needed done, three in all. The cost was nuts, even with insurance. No worries though, they have a solution with some kind of credit plan, which I found after it was with 29.99% interest, at time of purchase. Despite that, I figured I need the work done. A couple days later they called to reschedule one of the appointments, that's twice now. Then a couple days after that, they called to reschedule another appointment, okay that is to many strikes. So I called to cancel all the appointments and have the charges reversed. The manager was busy at the moment and I was told they would call back later. I called the next day and still didn't get to speak with the manager, but the young woman said everything is cancelled and it would take 1-2 weeks for the charges to come off the account. I find this place to be very disorganized and the business practice of that outrageous credit plan quite shady.

I would not recommend this office for my dog! Procedure was done poorly but since I paid beforehand I had no recourse. One year after the procedure, I started receiving collection calls. I notified the office I had proof of payment, but never got a call back as to where to send the proof. In fact, I called multiple times and never got a call back. Now it is with a collection agency. Find a better dental office!

The worst customer service ever! They have cancelled our appointments 3 times and now wants to cancel again because it is time for an exam....also telling me that they do not see children under 12....but my daughter has been seen there before... Do not go to Aspen Dental....what a joke!

The Dentist has said the same thing to me as he says to everyone. Basically you NEED implants. I've heard this said to at least 5 patients while waiting. Word for word. I decided to not get the implants and just do dentures top and bottom. Still have not adjusted my bill or reimbursed me for the implant fee. Still paying 300 a month for something I'm not having done. They got their money all they care about. All money had to be paid upfront. 18,00 dollars for dentures? REALLY!!! Avoid this place. Found several other dentists who CHARGE WAY WAY LESS AND HAVE GREAT REVIEWS. Wish I wouldn't have gone here. Once everything is done I will not return

I was in for a wisdom tooth removal in 2018 because it was pushing against the back molar root. They said because the wisdom tooth root was down where this nerve runs across the bottom of your jaw , that it could cause problems . They said if they do a coronectomy (cutting the top half of the tooth off ) that they wouldn't risk damaging the nerve that the roots were down in . Procedure went fine I was assured but hurt like hell for 3 weeks . Pain went away and no issues with it . Fast forward like two years later when I started having pain again , I got an X-ray done by a different dentist office and they showed me the X-ray of the supposed removed wisdom tooth . The tooth was only removed about 80% with a crescent moon shape sliver that was still pushing against the back wisdom tooth which was causing the pain . My insurance I have now isn't very good with dental and only accepted at horrible oral surgeon offices with horrid reviews . Been dealing with the pain ever since so if you get a procedure done , ask for an after X-ray to make sure what you paid for was done correctly. Wasted money, nor would I have known it wasn't done correctly if it wasn't causing pain and getting another X-ray .

They were very attentive and treated me great the whole time. After 3 days of severe pain I was ecstatic they took me in right away and a plan was put into motion. I can't recommend them enough.
