Great experience here everyone is super nice and very professional. Wherever I would call there were really long wait times to be seen not at Aspen dental. I looked up Aspen dental and they were able to see me right away. Free x-rays and exams and even a 20% discount for being a new patient that is awesome. This place really cares about their patients I recommend them 101%.

Everyone was so kind and friendly! There was no wait for my appointment, and I was seen immediately when I arrived. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was able to be seen and get out quickly, and I appreciated it. The work was well done, and I definitely recommend them.

Hands down the best experience in a dental office I've had in years! My dental assistant Lexy did a perfect job taking x-rays and getting me all prepared for an exam with Dr. Lindley. And my hygienist was Nicholle so helpful and informational when it came to discussing my future treatment with me. And I can't forget Juan who helped me set up a financial plan for my treatment! I appreciate you all for your kindness & profesionalism in taking care of me. Look forward to seeing all of you in the future.

The hygienist was the BEST! She was so enthusiastic and really enjoyed her work. She was comforting and knowledgeable. When I went back I didn't get good news but Juan, the insurance and billing specialist also knew his work and tried to help me with an expensive procedure. I would recommend this office!

I Had been experiencing severe pain for 5 days so I searched on-line for an EMERGENCY DENTIST. I was directed to Aspen Dental so I called the office. The auto Operator recording said new patients must register on-line. I did just that and it indicated that I had made an appointment for. 4/28/22 @10:30 successfully Which I double checked twice! I called and confirmed it the ururo before as well. To my dismay when I got to the office they said I didn't have any E appointment. I told the appointment. I told the front desk clerk that I was in severe pain from a broken tooth and although not one single patient came in for the entire hour and 15 minutes I waited for my ride they said the Dentist was far too busy to see any Emergencies.

New to the Yakima area and I have been to this place three times now. All three times staff was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately there wait time is insane. My first appt I waited about 15 minutes past my appt time before seeing the dentist. Then I waited about 45 minutes in the chair for the office manager to come talk to me about payment options. My second visit I waited in the lobby 20 minutes past my appointment time. An my third visit I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes then sat in the chair in the back room for another 20 minutes before being seen by someone. An all three times the facility was empty so there was no reason for the wait. Which is why I only give them 2 stars.

It was my first time there and they did the works x rays and exam . They were thorough and very helpful in informing me of my dental needs Delia was amazing

I had a great experience. The entire staff provided excellent service. They were kind and explained my dental plan in great detail as to make sure I understood it and allowed the time for any questions I had. Therefore, I would definitely recommend them to everyone and rate them a five star. Thank you so much Aspen Dental Staff for a great experience.

Great team! Just don't send me, a very nervous patient, to the account department second thing! Made me ten times more nervous with all those dollar thrown at me. The dentist and hygienist were great! Along with the aides!

I was called by the clinic's staff the night before my appointment requesting that I reschedule to an earlier time, so that if any treatment would be required that it be done the same day. I agreed to come in early, then was made to wait an additional 20 minutes past the rescheduled time before being seen. After the initial exam (which does not include any cleaning) I was notified that treatment would be required, and to wait until I could be seen. After 45 minutes in the chair with no updates from the staff, I finally asked what was going on. They informed me that I was simply waiting for a "consult" with the dentist, and that they couldn't actually do any treatment that day. Overall, I was in there for 1 hour and 45 minutes before I decided to leave, did not get my teeth cleaned and received no actual treatment. I would strongly advise anyone seeking dental care to avoid this clinic, and to seek out other companies that are more honest and competent (and that don't leave patients unattended for 45 minutes without any update at all).

Nicholle, and Nicole were great! Super understanding and very kind a d professional. Dr Choi was super great too. Very upfront about the status of my teeth with no candy coating. Totally recommend.

I have great insurance and I keep getting billed for the whole amount. After many calls and visits i just got a final notice for $936.00. I should not have to pay anything. They just will not fix it. Last time they did this they had to eat the bill. They dont care if i change dentists. Go figure!

It was not a very good first time there I went in to get a tooth pulled that was at 12:40 I got called to the back quickly but when I got back there of course I had to get x-rays done I know I have bad teeth but I went in there to get one pulled I did not go in there for dentures like they talked to me about but to make a long story short I was in there for 2 hours that wasn't the worst of it my daughter and granddaughter were in the car waiting that whole time I asked if and how long it would be before I got it pulled they told me it would be another hour and a half before that happened so I walked out........plus for one tooth over 300$ dollars for 1 tooth to get pulled um nooo

I cannot reach a person on the phone to have a conversation about scheduling my next appointment. I've called 5 times and was put on hold more times than that. I've also been accidentally hung up on...twice. When I was in the office, they were very nice, but their customer service on the phone has been very disappointing and insufficient.

My wife has had the hardest time reaching these people. Their service is the absolute worst I've seen from any medical professionals. I will be talking to our Union reps with the Yakima School District to see what remedies we can have. I hope this company goes out of business. They can care less about the community, especially educators.
