Got in and out thought I just needed a filling but got a root canal and it was all done the same day. Recommend dentist, everyone was so nice.

my wife was there for a molar extraction and they damaged her nerve and after 10 months my wife is still in pain. we have had extra expenses with other doctors for this procedure at aspen dental.

I had emergency visit, and they took X-rays and even had time to remove the teeth a had problem with all I. Visit. I give 10 stars the staff is great, they explain everything so you understand . I recommend them to all my friends and family

Very friendly staff. Excellent dentist! This is a dental office that cares about their patients. Dr. Young is an amazing dentist. I would defiantly recommend this practice. Got dentures for the first time yesterday, had my post op. visit this morning. I cannot thank Dr. Young and his staff enough. The entire experience was very scary for me. But I could not have asked for a better outcome. My new teeth look amazing. Dr Young and his staff took very good care of me. They made sure I wasn't in a lot of pain this morning. I will definitely recommend this practice to other. They a friendly and caring.

I came to Aspen for an abscess tooth I needed out, but dentist after dentist turned me away. They took me in, did a consult, and now the day after the consult happened Im scheduled to finally get this tooth removed! My insurance isn't covered, but it isn't badly priced for the removal and I'm happy to finally be getting it done. Thank you aspen!

I had the worst pain ever and was told over the phone there may be no chance of an appointment same day but I could try to walk in. I showed up and not only was I seen same day but within 20 mins. The dentist was kind, patient and understanding of my needle phobia. The staff was very knowledgeable as well. I would recommend them for sure!

I came here for an emergency with a cracked tooth, and they were able to get me in quickly. Shyann (sp) and the front office ladies are fantastic, but that's where it stops for me. Dr. Ali was nice but I'm having so many issues with the crown that was put on a week ago. I've had another crown before and didn't have any of the problems I'm having. I went to another dentist and had to have my bite adjusted, an antibiotic prescribed, and found out that my filling beside the crown has been damaged and have to get it replaced. On top of the extreme pain and not being able to use the right side of my mouth, the last dental assistant seemed less than thrilled to be working. He had to repeatedly tell her to suction, and at one point, she wasn't paying attention and shoved it in the back of my throat. After seeing this new dentist, it shows me just how bad this Aspen dental is run. Save your time and money, and patience, and go to another dentist.

I made an appointment on line. I came in with my confirmation and they did have my appointment. I then waited over an hour. After inquiring after 45min I was told that since I was not a "new" client I was put in a different category!!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful dentists were good but wait time is long appointment not taken on time and when x-rays are done there is no protection for the thyroid

Lisa is an excellent dental hygienist! Everyone was really Pleasant my in and out was very smooth. The people in Reading are AWESOME! They work as a cohesive TEAM!! KUDOS!!

Arrived for my surgery. Office manager demands I pay total billing even though brochure states 2nd half not due until all work completed. 1st lie.Office manager states I can have any Aspen dental complete what they start. 2nd lie Before being put asleep for procedure they show me my temporary dentures. I'm getting all teeth removed, half of the temparyset is partials. You guessed it, half set is someone else's teeth. Only half half set to cover bloody gums so infection sets in, thanks Aspen for your incompetence. In the end I get my permanents. In 6 months had to glue 4 teeth back into dentures. Poor workmanship, poor quality, poor service. Be wise go to a quality dentist for your dentures. Reposting have now had to super glue 6 teeth back into denture.

You really need to have a chat with your receptionist. I originally called to get a quote for something. "Aspen dental.. please hold" I was left on hold for 10 minutes and eventually hung up. I called back in and your receptionist was magically now available to talk with me. She absolutely just forgot about me on hold. Your receptionist then was extremely rude and combative before hanging up on me. I know help is hard to get but that is absolutely unacceptable behavior by your employees.

Aspen Dental is a HOT MESS. I made an appointment for a cleaning and annual check up over the phone, they failed to tell me they don't do cleanings on Fridays, so when I went in I had to schedule another appointment after. When I arrrived for my next appointment they didn't have me in there system.... Then after I rescheduled for the third time and finally got a cleaning they billed me for fluoride, even tho through the whole process I denied having fluoride because it was not covered by insurance. The only saving grace is the the receptionist was very helpful when I called to have this corrected. All of the staff was very friendly, but nevertheless there's always some kind of problem.

I had an 8am appointment and was there on time. I spent an hour and 40 minutes between the waiting room, the dental chair and the treatment review. I spent exactly 12 minutes of that entire time with the dentist. The rest was waiting. If I hadn't already had the X-rays and my mouth didn't hurt so bad...I would have left. There is absolutely no reason give or acceptable to make someone wait that long.
