Excellent experience from the first call to front desk assistant and dr all excellent job. I came in extreme pain and I left happy pain free , and the best tooth removal experience ever . No pain no fear. Definitely I will continue my treatment plan here . Thanks a lot to everyone there.

I was very nervous and anxious to go to my dental appointment and from the 1st interaction I felt welcomed. The dental tech was so amazing the X-ray tech amazing and dr. Jagger wow AMAZING. Even the lady I had to talk with about my payment and treatment plan was great! I'm happy to say I found my dental office!

I had my appointments at the Worcester office and got a tooth extracted but the dentist was uncaring and rude; he pulled out the tooth with not much concern for my pain comfort. I had not met him before since the consult was with not a dentist; some assistant judger employed there. Without meeting with this person, I would not have had the appointment for extraction. It seems that all is familiar and yet I knew none there; they are all for my husband who is the one who paid the bill. I don't want them as my dentist. This floral image was facing me as I stared at the wall across from where I sat on the dentist's chair waiting for the Novocain to take effect. I would have preferred more than was given me. Otherwise, I don't make sense and I am not well in the mind. --------------------- I have not had this appointment as yet, but I have had several calls to return for our insurance; I am unsure how this will play out and I can see it being problematic...but when you call the dentist/team on it they have a logical explanation on the side of reasoning; they can do whatever they want and you're the one in need of tooth extraction and how many visits?

The entire staff is amazing! From check in with Becky, to the X-rays with Ruth, they make you feel comfortable and informed. I needed two teeth pulled and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Dr. Lee is the one to see if you need dental work.

I have been receiving care from Aspen for many years and have been treated with an amazing care. the hygienist staff is dedicated and responsible. The clinic atmosphere is clean and positive. The experience has been fabulous. When needing services the staff is always willing to answer questions or offer help when needed. Highly recommended.

I made an appointment online AND CALLED to confirm just to have it get canceled 30 minutes before I was supposed to come in. I've been having pain for days and a last minute cancelation shows a lack of professionalism and an apathetic attitude towards clients. Looking at the previous reviews I got off easy. If you're reading this save yourself the headache and move on.

I had a FANTASTIC experience with this office. I am very anxious around dentists in general, but the staff were so very friendly and well-informed. As a new patient, check-in and paperwork was a super quick process and the wait times were minimal to none. Because of my particular circumstance, I spoke with the front desk, an assistant, the dentist, and the office manager and every single one of them had a genuine and pleasant attitude, were fantastic at explaining procedures and answered all my questions about dental health, my upcoming surgery, financing, and all my particular concerns. Very transparent, very accommodating, very kind. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

The whole team at this location is unbelievably amazing. They make you feel extremely comfortable and very easy to talk too. They lay everything out on the table and explain every little detail for you to understand. Could I save a few bucks somewhere else... maybe, but didn't care to even look with how awesome this staff is. From check in, to dental assistant, dental hygienist, to the dr, even the ladies checking you out at the end -never ever had an experience this great in my life. Highly recommend this location and look forward to the procedures ahead.

Tanya was very friendly and engaged in conversations. The doctor was all about what you wanted and Heather was very much interested in making sure your finances are taken carw off.

I'm so glad I came here! Everyone is seriously so nice and willing to help, from the receptionist and beyond. The oral surgeon is amazing at what he does. 10/10 recommend.
