Walked in door for first time and felt that I was being a bother to lady at counter. Over all physical appearance of inside of building crummy looking dirty, unfinished walls and lots of clutter. Ladies in the back very nice and the lady dentist nice.

Never sent the meds I was supposed to be taking kept calling to ask about them. I got an oh my?! Put on hold about 10 different times not even a hey just a moment and then hung up on. I felt like they couldn't care less very disheartening for someone terrified of the dentist

They told me something was covered by my insurance then about a year later came back with a surprise bill and told me it wasn't covered. They charged me twice for something and said they would put a credit on my account and never did.

They were very friendly and explained everything that was done. They answered all the questions that I had even going so far as to showing me and explaining where and what the problems are.

You know it's a bad business when you are finding yourself walking out in the middle of your appointment. My husband warned me this place was a nightmare, but I guess had to see it to believe it. They've made one too many unprofessional mistakes for me to list them all here, but what really irked me was the complete lack of customer care. One minute the dr was looking at my teeth with the dental assistant, and literally one second later they've both vanished with no warning and without anyone telling me anything about anything. Perhaps they thought I could read minds. After maybe 20 min of waiting without knowing what I was even waiting for, I had to walk around and ask a bunch of people what was going on... that's what you want on your dentist appointment! To have to walk around and beg someone to treat you!! The dental assistant was baffled and honestly quite rude when I found her and asked what was going on. These guys get 0/10 in the customer service department. Taking their customers for granted! Taking my business elsewhere.

I was so blown away with my deep cleaning. I had it done several years ago and swore I would never do that again. Well let me tell you I almost came out skipping as I had not one pain during or after my procedure! I was so excited to let my husband know of my experience. I was in a panic upon arrival. I only wish I hadn't waited to get this done. Every person there has been so polite and considerate every time I have gone. I trust them fully! Thanks everyone!

Our experience was great from their commitment to work with a truck drivers schedule. Got us in and treated, looking forward to feeling better once antibiotics do their job getting rid of infection. Thank you for your help in fixing me up!

At first good but now they say i owe more money my insurance said i paid 200 dollars too much plus they convinced me to buy the upgrade and my dentures fall right out it seems once they get your money its over the dentist was very good and friendly

Broke a tooth. Went in and they told me I needed $8,000 worth of work. I NEVER had pain in my mouth until I went there. Now I have a severe toothache at least once a month. Save your money.

Dr K is so nice and fit me in to reattach a crown that came off that was from a different and subpar dentist from a different dentistry company. She made it fit perfectly! Everyone and especially the office manager Jaclyn Confer were so great today!! Todd

AMAZING experience. i had a lot of dental work needing to be done and I was self conscious about my smile. At no point did I feel any judgement and all of the staff was just so welcoming and nice. Super grateful I had them help me smile again.

Thank you for the great experience on my wisdom teeth. The oral surgeon was very nice and informative. Also prescribed enough medicine to not feel pain.
