Dr. Helen Kim, Nayeli, Tabitha, and Caitlin were my helping team today and honestly they're all amazing helpful and quick for being a first timer they did amazing at helping me understand what I need or could do for future help for my teeth and my cleaning went so well as well. Thanks for an amazing experience ladies!

Everyone is friendly and courteous. The dentist is really kind and understanding of my dental issues and was able to help me greatly. I would definitely recommend them and so glad they're so close to my home.

I had a totally unsatisfactory experience with Aspen. I went in for a cleaning which was supposed to be periodontal maintenance appt. What I got was a regular cleaning. Since I paid before the procedure I noticed they had charged me $65 for X-rays which I didn't have. When I brought this to their attention they took $12 off my bill. When I looked at the bill I noticed they charged me $145 for the periodontal procedures which includes scaling which I did not get. I called to get this removed from my bill and she said I got the service. When I said I did not but was willing to pay for the services I got which were listed separately she said she'd check with the dentist. The dentist from her exam it looked like I got the scaling. I asked them to check with the hygienist bc she knew I didn't, but they refused. I had to prepay 1/2 of my next appointment which I also found odd, but told them to please refund that and I would find a new dentist. I feel they still Owe me $145 plus the rest of the $65. I would never recommend this dental clinic to anyone.

I'am currently visiting Aspen Dental in Woodstock. I highly recommend them. Dr. Kim is great and the staff are top notch. Several family members have required their services and all are pleased as well. So glad I went.

I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years but Aspen Dental took care of me!! They were welcoming and informative. They taught me some important dental care tips and sent me home with well needed dental care tools and I can now take care of my teeth the way they should be cared for! I had Dr. Kim and she was the best!

Don't go to any Aspens! They are horrible and don't offer better pricing. There is a long story here, but I'm leaving it at this. Get better care because you're worth it.

This place is such a waste of time. I have PPO dental insurance and chose this place that is on my network just Incase something major needed to be done. I scheduled appointment easily. A week before my husband and I appointment a rep called to confirm insurance and stated what would be done is a comprehensive exam, DENTAL X-rays, and CLEANING. Well I met my husband at the office because we have 9 month old daughter we switched out. He was told our insurance never went through so they need to charge us for an exam and. Also teeth cleaning and X-rays are done a a different day. Only a dentist looks at your teeth to see what is wrong ( probably to rack up the bill). I went inside and was told the rep never got enough information for our insurance. Mind you they called me earlier the day of the appointment to get more information and was never told about this. Also again confirmed cleaning and X-rays are never done at the same time. I'm sorry. What a waste of time!! We have a 9 month old daughter past her bedtime and gas is 6 dollars a gallon. You need to be more clear on your services before you waste anyones time. Luckily, money isn't a issue but if your tight do not go here. Like I said just a major waste of time and obviously all they care about it money. I want our 20 dollars back.

Horrible! They have cancelled my cleaning appointment 3 times due to a lack of staff! What dental office does not have a dental hygienist on staff??

Receptionist was nice and so was the scheduling/payment person. Never saw the actual dentist with the finding of my kids teeth and treatment plan.

Everyone at Aspen is amazing! I have had nothing but bad experiences with dentist offices. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Bo is caring and really shows their care for their patients. I had a break on my temp partial, my crown was pulled out with an impression being taken. My anxiety went through the roof and the lab tech Angela, Nayeli, and everyone really cared to make sure I was okay and took care of me. And going above and beyond mentions are definitely going to Angela, Shannon, and Dr.Bo. EVERYONE should go see Aspen Dental in Woodstock, the love this staff shows to their patients is like no other! 20/10 highly recommend!

Staff was really friendly. They have no idea what they are doing. The Dr actually offered my money back, couldn't get my bite right. I've given it months thinking they (top dentures) would settle. I still cannot even consider biting into actual food. I have to cut everything to tiny pieces. The roof of my mouth pretty much hurts every time I eat. I have to worry about when I talk (they have slipped a many times) and I'm catching myself covering my smile. I should have kept my last set of dentures even 5 years later they were way better. Again the staff was super friendly and the facility was very clean the x-ray team was awesome.

When I went in originally it was an emergency appointment. My tooth was in need of a root canal. They got me referred and I had an appointment the next week. Everything was quick and professional and they made sure throughout the whole process that I was comfortable. I will be sticking with Aspen for all my dental care.

There's not enough stars for my experience. I went there in excruciating pain and everybody was so compassionate. Dr. Kim was so so gentle and explained everything so i can understand. Ayeesha was very thorough on breaking down the financial parts and was so kind. The x-ray tech was very patient with me. Overall my experience was extremely pleasant again thank you aspen dental crew Dr. Kim, Ayeesha, Shannon and Caitlyn and the assistants. I definitely will refer friends and family to you guys.
