Canceled my appointment that was made for me by an other aspen dental because the specialist wasn't in that office I took the day off for that appointment then told me that they would call me back and reschedule for the original day I had off very unprofessional and disorganized I don't think I'll be sticking with Aspen

My first appointment after filling out the information on a tablet, I was greeted by a very nice young lady who took my x-rays she was very nice, she introduced me to the lady who does the cleanings, she was very nice and gentle when checking to see to see if you have peridontanal disease. I also had the mouth Cancer testing. She then in turn introduced me to the dentist he was very nice, he knew that I was in pain and was very kind. I explained, I had a bad experience when I was a child, I was abused by a dentist who did lose his licence and could no longer practice anymore in Michigan. He was very understanding and very gentle with me and made me feel safe and that he wouldn't do anything to cause me pain after he explained what he thought was the best plan and that he offered me 3 different ways I could go with my treatment. After going over those with me another girl came in and took me to a waiting room to go over the plans for my teeth her name is Vicky she is very nice and understanding woman that really knows her job well ai was impressed with her knowledge! We reviewed the treatment plans and the cost. She was such a pleasure to deal with understanding how these decisions can all be hard to make and explained in great detail with me she printed up different plans and amounts for each and I felt so at ease with her I did not feel like Vicky was try to take advantage of me but here to help with anyway she can. I appreciate all her help and will be deciding which way I am going to go with treatment and will be going back. Thank you Vicky for being so nice and helpful and for the whole team who was very kind to meI would give this visit a 5 star I can let you know how my teeth / experience turns out once I have it!

I took my children to Aspen today. Ashlee was a great hygienist and Victoria C. the manager was a wonderful help as well. 5/5 Star Rating for a job well done.

I had high hopes for this place. I watched 2 people walk out after going in the back 1 person demanding to be taken out as a patient before leaving the premises. Then my wife comes out balling her eyes out in severe pain and said that was the worst dentist she had ever had in her life. DO NOT GO TO THE WOODHAVEN LOCATION

Do not bring your kids here for the love of God. The front staff was professional and nice but the dentist is exactly what you don't want pulling a tooth from your daughter. Only thing I can begin to compare this guy to is the hostil movies. He didn't wait for the numb to begin and he didn't care to wait any longer or ask the patient about the pain tolerance. He yanked and yanked until he broke the tooth then yanked some more

Made online appointment because I had some broken teeth that I did not have repaired because of Covid. I was in excruciating pain, swelling and skin was hot to the touch. Could not sleep. Get to the office. Fill out paperwork Told receptionist that I was feeling well. Stated that I felt faint and had been throwing up, which was true, because I did not want them playing around for a long time. Three people came to seemed while I was waiting. The girl at the desk were talking about me. They were saying that I did not need to be there because I should have gone elsewhere Then one female came in and said that I was going to everyone sick. Then one woman whom I am guessing was the dentist . She told me they would not see me and escorted me out. She said I could reschedule. What happened to the same day emergency appointments.. Went to the ER at the hospital. Doctors there could not understand why Aspen refused to see me. Do not go here if you have an infected tooth.

Very impressive, Dr. Hamade and Madison are very professional and efficient with time. Came in on my lunch break and was worried to make it back to work in time. That was not the case with Dr Hamade. Looking forward to my next visit!!!

Came in with a broken tooth after being quoted a ridiculous amount for two root canals at my usual dentist. My dentist Dr Kwan (?) and her hygienist were amazing. Very gentle, had zero pain while xrays were taken. She did a full exam for me to get a full treatment plan. Then I got to Vicky's office. I was fully expecting another expensive bill. I actually cried when Vicky told me to get 5 teeth fixed and healthy it was less than HALF with Aspen. And she got me financed so I didn't have to worry about the full amount. Aspen will be dentist forever! I'm so excited to get my teeth healthy and down the road they're going to help get my teeth looking the way I want. Highly recommend!!!!!

These people are amazing and extremely professional welcoming and go through every part of your oral exam with you. Dentist is amazing and went through my x-rays with me giving the most information possible and very friendly. I would definitely recommend and refer they even help with financial setup for future dental procedures. Thanks so much Jessica Webb-Hanke

I have been coming to this office for a couple of months now and my experience has always been pleasant. I can say I have finally overcome my fear of the dentist office. Shout out to Dr. Perry, Dr. Quan and the staff!! Awesome group of people!!

Wish I could give this place zero stars. You could hear Dr. Lucas Perry talking about me through the walls with the receptionist, Shawntae. So so so unprofessional, would not recommend this place to anyone. They'll apply you for a loan they barely know anything about, and charge you for services they haven't even performed on you yet which is so very odd to me. God forbid you explain your frustrations and concerns with them, they'll turn you away and tell you to go to their sister location.
