The most pleasant experience I've ever had at any dentistry. Appointment made same day and SAME DAY extraction of a wisdom tooth that was causing me excruciating pain. Amazing work! This place went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!

As painful as a trip to the dentist can be, the staff was great and made my visit as painless as possible. The assistant was excellent from the start going through X-rays to getting me ready for the dentist to come and do their examination. Great experience with even better staff

I went in stressed, and came out smiling. Everyone is nice, honest, and they won't judge you no matter how bad your teeth are. (Seriously, my teeth are atrocious and I know it, but no guilt trips or lectures to be had! Just honesty, solutions, and advice to help!) They really will do everything they can to make sure that not only is the experience pleasant and as stress-free as possible, but that you get the CORRECT treatment for what you need. Nothing superfluous and they are happy to explain exactly why you need something, or should be using a particular product. Love 'em! Who can say they love their dentist?! Me, that's who.

Woburn Aspen dental is good place to go if you want to be pressured into buying expensive electric toothbrushes or have your wisdom teeth pulled incorrectly

My whole family kids ,husbands come here every 3 months to clean. We r always happy with service, Tien is Hygiene , she always taking care my kids . Im highly recommend her

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Woburn today. I had an emergency and they scheduled me in and did the procedure right away. Everyone was super kind and caring . I had an amazing dental assistant who really took her time to make sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing.She was great ! Dr Chow was outstanding and the procedure went as well as I could have imagined. Even the Financial Coordinator did an incredible job. Thank you again ! Its not always a trip to the dentist can be a pleasure .

I give it one star only because they can prescribe antibiotics. The dentists are very unprofessional to start with, I'm very disappointed with them. I complain about the partial the made for me after tooth extraction and they acted like they don't care after all I have paid for the partial. I feel scammed.

This is a place that over does diagnosis, performing unnecessary procedures when none is needed. Even for minor blemishes they do filling. Stay away from this practice.

I was nervous going today for my consultation. Was expecting that I might need two teeth pulled. The fact that it ended up being 6 or 7 may not be a reflection on them though. Unfortunately I can't have a denture made out of the material I wanted.

Excellent service . Front desk was very helpful as well the Doctor and nurses were very knowledgeable and did a great service. It was an emergency and I was able to get appointment same day as well the good service.

Went only once (Woburn) and will never go back. No cleaning will be done for first visit, have to make multiple visits to do what we used to get in our first visit with other dentists. My daughter was referred to a specialist by them. I have been called in to sign a release form more than a month before the specialist's appointment and they said they will be emailing the x-rays to the specialists. Went for the specialist appointment a month after these scenarios and no records reached them. Called aspen from the appointment place and received the info that it will take another two days as it needs to go through compliance since they were only able to 'find' my signed release form 'just now'!! I had to talk very rudely to that lady, sorry for that, but she handed the phone to someone else and that lady promised to send the records right then. May be it had gone to air, the specialists didn't receive it yet!! Felt to be very irresponsible. Will not recommend them. Also, myself and my husband had sensitive tooth. All my previous dentists said I had a good teeth hygiene. This one said I am brushing too hard. But I am brushing all teeth and why only one tooth got sensitive? The same explanation has been given to my husband whose teeth hygiene is very poor, LOL!

Everyone is so friendly here at Aspen Dental. I know most people dread going to their dentist, but i always look forward to each visit.

This place is great. We travel all the way from New Hampshire, passing 100s of Dentists and other Aspen locations, just to go to the Saugus location. I can't say enough great things about the staff, especially Richard. He is the main reason we go to this location. He not only cleans our teeth, he really cares about your Dental health and always gives lots of great information on how to improve for our next visit.

This office has the worst staff ever. Some of them of very nice. But the manager Renee, is a complete witch. I can't believe she is the manager, she is one of the rudest people ever. I wish I didn't go here. Do not go here.

I had a great experience at Aspen Woburn, especially being that I dread dentist visits. It was my first time at this office and everyone was welcoming. My root canal and crown fitting didn't take that long and after local anesthetic, I felt nothing! Very pleased with my experience and looking forward to great ending results!
