What an amazing place is Aspen Dental in Winter Haven A couple of days ago, I went to this office with an emergency and a extraction was needed at that moment, i was suffering for months with this and it was incredible that in the same day the doctor was able to do it for me..waoooo it was so quick that I didn't feel anything, no pain whatsoever. What an amazing doctor and what an amazing staff in this office. Thank Dr. Lakhani 5's I will recommend doctor Lakhani and this office anytime.

I went in for a cleaning and I was told that I have bone loss and need a 1000.00 teeth cleaning and it takes 2.5 hours. I told them I didn't want them to do that and they said that I couldn't get any of my dental work done unless I got it done, they signed me up for financing and i was worried that i had a serious issue so reluctantly I got it done, it took less than 1 hour and I left. my wife went in for her checkup the following day and they told her the same exact thing was wrong with her.. She messaged me and I told her that there was no way that since we had both been to the dentist within the last 6 months that we both have the same issue. I had an appointment scheduled for the following Monday, I went into the office on Friday and canceled my appointment only to find out that Aspen dental already billed my credit card for $5972.13. I told them to refund the money to my credit card and they haven't done it yet. Seems like someone needs to investigate this Winter Haven office. I spoke with 2 other dentists who said that this sounds fishy to them. Do yourself a favor. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

The dentist was great but I couldn't believe the after care bag. Nothing in it except instructions and next appointment card. I got stitches and was bleeding a lot. Gauze pads would have been nice especially for $411 I had to spend to get a tooth pulled. I definitely would recommend the dentist.

Wow free this free that....NOT FREE AND WAY OVER PRICED. $1000 FOR DEEP CLEANING...Excuse me going rate is $200 per quadrant meaning four teeth i have a total of eight teeth on bottom...?? They are thieves

Love this dental office. The staff are friendly, efficient, and attentive to the needs of the patient. Dr. L is great! He truly cares about making the dentist a positive experience! Highly recommend the Winter Haven office!!

Went today for the 1st time and got xrays. Everyone was very nice. The office was clean. I didn't have to wait too long...they explained everything very well and had patience!

The staff is totally amazing . I went in to get a second set of dentures because I wanted to have a new set for marriage vow renewal in Vegas. After 6 fittings I picked them up 2days before we left . They were awful. I couldn't eat or talk. They made me look like I had no teeth. I paid for the best dentures they offered . When we got back I went in and considered letting them redo them . I decided I would rather have my money back . They offer 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied . My husband and I have been trying to get someone to call us back for my refund . They said that they have relayed the message and we would receive a call back . I haven't heard anything so I am now seeking legal representation to handle this for me .

Aspen Dental was the most friendliest, cleanest, personable, professional office..I don't think you can get any better..my first visit was unbelievable...with panoramic xray, 3-D imaging.. The Dr..THE DOCTOR..was like no other dentist I've ever met..he explained everything to me in a way I could understand and he has a sense of humor which puts you at ease. I get nervous when I go to the dentist..but this office treated me like family..they are that good..they did not except my insurance..so for what I need done at this time I will pay out of pocket and inquire different insurances so I can switch and become an ongoing patient. They do except many insurances..but not mine...so please give them a try ...it will be the best decision you will make

Had to wait 2hrs for a dental impression. This location needs to learn how to triage their patients better. Since I prepaid for a procedure, would prefer to be seen by an experienced dentist ( minimum 5 years experience or supervised by another dentist) when it comes to costly and delicate cosmetic procedures.

I'll allow the one star because they did help my husband in a pinch. He has a mouth full of bad teeth, unfortunately. Two of his teeth were hurting him and we went here. They signed me up to make payments on a small bill after insurance was run through. This was right before COVID started. The woman talking us through the process said we were to have those two teeth pulled and partials we're to be attached to his other bad teeth on our next visit. We hoped they would at least remove a few more of his worst teeth, but I guess we were lucky they removed the ones that were painful at the moment. Soon after, I got multiple bills for varying amounts of money that did not match the amount I had been told in the office. I tried calling the office, but they had closed for COVID and had set up no way to contact them. We looked everywhere for my husband's packet to try to find out who to pay, but he had lost it somehow. Maybe it got left at the office. Not knowing which to pay, I held off, afraid to pay the wrong one and lose money for nothing. Meanwhile, I had to take my husband to repeated emergency room visits for infections from the bad teeth they refused to remove, which was risky due to the high volume of people with COVID in the waiting rooms. These infections also exacerbated his other health problems. As soon as they reopened, they contacted me, not to answer my questions but to tell me the insurance didn't cover everything it supposedly did when they ran it. When I reminded them of my problem knowing which bill to pay, it took nearly an hour of waiting on the phone for them to answer my question, and they still sounded uncertain. Of course, by the time they reopened, the bill had gone into collections, which negatively impacted my credit score. The experience has negatively affected both his health and our financial situation. Sadly, if I had just known which bill to pay, I could have paid it off very quickly, but the mounting late fees made that impossible. In a way, I'm glad COVID kept us from going back, though. If we had, they would have just insisted on expensive partials that would have to be removed because of his bad teeth.

I am so disappointed with this office. I have received a bill - I have spoken to my insurance and obviously my insurance was clear on what was covered. However, the treatment plan was not clear. Once the service was done I got hit with a bill of 1700 dollars after I was told the insurance was covering the service. If that was the case of not covering, the service would not be provided by the office. It has been impossible to talk to the office manager - According to front desk, the bill has been not paid and they have no idea why. Just a ticket send to the office to resubmit. I have left messages and no one has returned my calls.
