They don't explain the financing well until after you get the work done and it's to late to change your mind. If you pay up front, you will be charged more on top of it and it's explained as " the initial amount is just an estimate." The employees that do the dental work are really professional however the first room I got work done on my teeth in didn't have proper working water and my mouth wasn't numbed enough so I ended up feeling the work they were doing on my teeth. Ouch!!!! And the first appointment I made got rescheduled three times.

Everyone here is genuinely so kind and understanding. I actually had fun at the dentist for the first time in my life as a grown woman. I will definitely always use Aspen Dental.

Worst dental experience I've ever had, they rescheduled me 3 times in a row with an abscessed wisdom tooth. And then scheduled someone else in my place for a follow up, and didn't bother to tell me until I showed up for the appointment. Holding me hostage in the lobby. I rate negative 5 stars. Boo!!

I had dental work done. Insurance was to cover most. After an investigation of the insurance my ex stopped insurance in December without his company letting me know or offering COBRA. Aspen dental sent my bill to collections after I told them what happened. I went into the office and paid off my bill only to see and read several patients information (personal) along with their treatment and cost. Absolutely NO regards to HIPAA law. And nobody was at the front desk. I'll find another dentist. I also posted on Facebook. I went back because my insurance was covered; however they wanted 600.00 upfront before I received any information from my insurance company. I don't pay up front for nothing. The clinic doesn't work that way neither should the Aspen Dental. Glad I left and will NEVER go back.

This place was amazing!! Everyone was so nice and caring! I was beyond scared to have 5 teeth pulled when I walked in that door but after everything was explained to me I felt very comfortable! The big thing was they wanted to help get rid of my pain, which I was happy with!

Got 4 wisdom teeth removed while awake. Doctor forgot to send pain meds to pharmacist. Could tell obviously the dentist wanted to get home early on a Friday. Not very professional place and would not recommend anybody I care about to get work done here
