Kind, professional and skilled staff. DR.Paulson provides excellent service. Aspen Dental is a one hour and eleven minute drive for me and worth every minute. Highly recommend.

Worst dentist experience I've ever had. First the appointment was made for the wrong extraction. After new paper work was done and we have established a top right wisdom tooth was getting pulled. The lady preping start numbing my top front teeth. I sat up to question again which tooth they are planning to pull. Lady apologized then continued numbing the correct tooth. Dentist came in to give the shot for full numbing for the tooth extraction. I don't think even 3 minutes had passed before the dentist started pulling the tooth. Even after raising my hand multiple times to indicate I was in pain the dentist didn't stop until I was crying and hyperventilating. Another shot was given. Dentist let me know my tooth was half way out and he would be back after a little bit. Everyone left the room. Nurse came back in and said I needed to calm down and catch my breathe before finishing. Tooth took about 20 seconds to come out after dentist came back in. I have never been so scared to be in a dentist chair. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

They were able to get me in on short notice two different times. Anyone that's tried to get into a dentist quickly knows how difficult that is! Super friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible experience today. You would think for someone that is working in healthcare they would be a little bit more compassionate. I walked out in the middle of x-rays because of the lady that was helping me was so rude and unprofessional.

My wife and I had appointments on the same day. It was our first time there. The receptionist was very helpful in getting us registered. The dentist and technicians explained the procedures carefully and asked us frequently if we had any other questions. The office manager was very helpful and friendly in making sure the insurance was set up and explained our payment options clearly. She also made sure our next appointments worked with our schedule. Waiting times were short.

My very first visit to Aspen Dental today was a wonderful. I can honestly say, I have never felt so comfortable and cared for before.The staff was so professional and passionate about what they do, Empathetic and Kind. I appreciate everyone that helped me feel great as soon as I walked through the door. Aspen Dental has definitely left an impression on me, a Great one.

What an amazing experience!! from Alysa, to Jamie and Joni! Dr. Z was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. The whole staff made me feel so welcomed, explained the whole procedure effortlessly, and addressed all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend everyone to this dental clinic! Aspen definitely has a gem with this staff!!! I know exactly where I will be going for all my dental concerns! See you guys again! -Very happy and satisfied patient

They are the worst. False promising. I walked in sat down with the dentist and financial advisor and was told a set amount for 3 bridges only to find out it was only for one. Now I'm left with an extraction clearly visible to where I feel insecure to smile. But they can give a 20% discount on the bridge they told me they could have done in the first place :(

Great staff here at this location. I was in alot of pain and I was brought in the first thing in the morning after calling late in the afternoon the day before. Everyone was so wonderful, making sure I was comfortable and safe. Thank you to the woman that treated me.

Worst place ever their other offices aren't any better pull your teeth and can't make dentures to fit don't even consider going to this company anyplace

The front desk and the ladies behind it do a great job! Sidra zahooruddin,DDS has done a phenomenal job on my teeth and is very kind and does great work! And once again the people that work around her do a great job too and make you feel at home! highly recommend this business to anyone in the area!

They said they perscribed antibiotics. I gave the pharmacy info. for my pharmacy. Prescription never recieved by my pharmacy. Yet the dental office kept calling to discuss payment for upcomming appointments. Needed antibiotics before could go to next appointment . All they were concerned about wasthe mobey. I will find a dentist who cares about the patients needs and makes sure they receive thcare they beed. Way to greedy.

Their service and staff were awesome! They were prompt and on time! I had an appointment later and I went in earlier and they got me in sooner than what I had scheduled for I really appreciated that! They have a very caring team at their Willmar office! I appreciate all your help and caring thank you very much!

Made appt and the day of they say oh no we cant pull your tooth till the next visit this one is just initial visit. Not what I was told on the phone the day before. Dont go there
