Saw Dr Acone today. First dentist I've had since I was a kid that told me point blank I didnt need a bunch of work, but what I should do to keep it that way. Everybody else has always wanted 20k+ for stuff I know I dont need. It is so rare to find a dentist who isnt a intervention maximalist of some kind. Bravo honest doctor! You have my wholehearted thanks, and I will be recommending you to anyone who asks or who comments on dentistry in my presence.

Absolutely awful I've put up with them canceling and rescheduling my appointments over and over. As a result the care I needed has gone undone and my cavities have progressively gotten worse until it takes multiple appoints to fix which they then schedule for half a year away while it gets worse to the point of root canals, and my dental needs increase. The financial burden and pain caused is unbelievable. Though they say they are short staffed. they have not made any effort to Compensate me or reduce prices for this terrible late care that has resulted in pain and continued decay of my teeth.

The dentist I saw seemed very knowledgeable and helpful and kind. The Hygienist and the office staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. They all seem happy to work there and this gave me great confidence in the overall operation. Everyone I ran into tried to convince me everything would be OK (I think they may have noticed the fear in my face). The facility was clean, well-organized and appeared to be well equipped. The site is easy to get to, even if you ride a bus. I'll review again after they extract my teeth and fit dentures... just in case I change my opinion. :-) Overall, if you must have dental work done, I heartily recommend this dental clinic.

First time at Aspen Dental We were able to get an appointment in 3 days, that was great. We walked in and were treated respectfully and listened to. All the staff were pleased, friendly and professional. The office was spacious, bright, and clean. We were very pleased with all our interaction, all the care we were given. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I would recommend this place!!!!

As always, I had a perfect experience at Aspen Dental in Williston, VT! Dr. Kevin Acone, and his amazing staff did my top denture as well as some other work on my lower teeth 3 years ago. I could not be more pleased with the results! Since that time, I have brought my youngest daughter, and then my daughter-in-law there, both for complete dentures, and they have had the same amazing experience I had! The work they've had done has been absolutely transformative in every aspect of their lives! On my most recent visit, (yesterday) I had a badly infected, pretty broken down lower molar extracted. It was over and done with in about 20 minutes, and was completely pain free! I cannot recommend this practice highly enough, and I would be remiss if I failed to mention how kind, friendly, supportive, and helpful the entire staff is! Dental hygienists, front office staff, receptionists, and office manager are all amazing! The lab techs, as well, are truly masters at what they do! Over the past several years a visit to Aspen feels more like visiting family & friends than going in for a dental appointment! Honestly...when one has the opportunity to choose Aspen, I can't imagine why anyone would choose dental care anywhere else! It might be worth noting, in our family, the care and experience we receive at Aspen Dental in Williston, VT, is well worth the 2 hour drive (one way) that it takes us to get there! Thank you, Aspen, for giving us all our smiles back, our confidence & self esteem back, and restoring our faith in dentistry!

There's is no star here, unprofessional, irresponsible dentistry. I wasn't offered options to save my front tooth #9 or #10, injured in sports accident. Thing is I had my roots ( former root canal ) Lake Placid Dentist were perfect....Dr.Chu, lied to me , was rude " it's going to just break anyway". Dr. Chu, temp. Fell off twice, he proceeded to lie. Aspen dental refused to forward my X-rays to Dr. Mooneys , who is a 10 by comparison. Dr. Chum's lame, repair fell off, and the stem broke off, I had just a root in front. Presently I have " flippers" and have proceeded with "implants" since Dr. Mooney retired. I am very happy to have found ACDC ,in Colchester.

My son had his first Post COVID dental appointment and was a bit unnerved to visit the dentist. The staff was warm and welcoming and put my son at ease. They went above and beyond and were very professional but fun at the same time. And the Denist we saw super cool and experienced and we are looking forward to our follow up visit

I went in with very damaged upper teeth, and was told my worst fear - they all need to come out and be replaced. the staff handled me with tender care, and I feel like they are genuinely interested in helping people feel better about themselves. I have also checked around, and the procedure package is very affordable and I will update this after my procedure March 18, 2019. Its now Aug 2022 and i am now in process of getting ready for permanent uppera and partial on the bottom. still extremely pleased with staff and service. Highly recommend!

So impressed with the Williston VT Aspen Dental with Dr. Acone and his team. The whole appointment from front desk to paying was easy, professional but relaxed. I know I'm in good hands as my husband was their patient first so I could observe. He has always been completely impressed and speaks highly of their services. Yesterday went from anxiety to laughing and feeling relieved I'm finally doing this. They were wonderful and I'm looking forward to this journey. Dr. Acone was amazing. I felt no pain and follow up has been amazing. They are the most compassionate dental office I have ever been to!.

I was on road trip with my family, and yep, got into real problem with my swollen gums..Look up for some dantist close by from hotel we stood and lucky me Google showed me Aspen Dental! Obviously I came in without appointment, still 15 minutes later I received very professional and helpful to me treatment! Victoria - office manager is super organized, Kennedy-dental assistant really knowledgeable and Dr.Acone is true Doctor! Besides, all of them are still being normal humans with such a qualities as understanding and kindness! I would recommend everyone to choose Dr.Acone and his office! Regards!

Unbelievably ridiculous! Fiance went in for X-rays etc before a teeth cleaning. Teeth cleaning was scheduled for the next day- they were going to charge him over $1000!!! His teeth are totally fine??! They then took at $250 deposit and he called me, said he hated the place, won't go back again, but that he was going in for his teeth cleaning tomorrow & asked if that seemed like too much money. Um YES!!! We called immediately and asked them to cancel that charge so it would go back into our account and they said they couldn't that it would take 12 days. I can't believe we didn't read the reviews first. Ugh. There's a reason why it was much less of a wait to get in here than elsewhere. We don't have Aspen Dentals in California where we just moved from. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

First visit with Aspen Dental and I'm happy! Front desk staff were very friendly. The techs and dentist were as well and very informative. They reassured me of a few things and were great with planning out my next visit and what to expect. Also a wonderful check out. Everything regarding payment/insurance was broken down for me and very easy to understand. Overall I'm really pleased with the facility and staff and would recommend to anyone needing a new Dentist!

The first time I didn't have a good experience so I tried affordable dentures and OMG is all I can say so I went back to aspen and I'm glad I did I had a great nurse and dentist this time very pleasant and caring
