Very professional and very friendly! Made my mother, who hasn't seen a dentist in over 20 years, and I both very at ease and they made sure that all our questions were answered and we were comfortable with what's to come for out future dental work.

Oral surgeon only comes in twice a month and they told me they would fax over the dental records I just paid to have, but if I wanted them sent to an actual dentist who can help me TODAY then that will take 7 - 10 business days ( obviously ) ... least the wilkes barre aspen dental office does not live up to its reputation with having its customers leave the office that same day! It's one tooth nontheless! Waste of time and money !

I was out of state for my anniversary and needed emergency dental care. I called Aspen Dental and they were able to get me in right away. The person that answered the phone and the front office staff were so nice and wonderful. They were upfront about the wait time and the cost for services. They were squeezing me in for an emergency visit while they had other customers I completely understood the wait time which really was not terrible and neither was the cost. Cody did my x-rays and was very kind and gentle as my tooth was very sensitive to the slightest touch. Dr. Lutz came in and unfortunately I had to have an extraction. He was very kind and he made sure I was comfortable and made sure I was not going to feel anything. Everything went completely smooth and the pain was almost immediately gone and I have had no issues since. If I lived local I would absolutely go back to this office and Dr. Lutz. I highly recommend Aspen Dental and everyone in this office they were really amazing. The dentist is not anyone's favorite place to go and it is even more nerve wracking when out of state and at a new office so I greatly appreciate the whole team for making me comfortable and of course to Dr. Lutz for taking care of the issue and relieving the pain.

Had to wait in the room almost an hour before actually seeing the Doctor. That was not good. The Doctor who did the extraction did a fantastic job. Very quick and painless and no pain after the novocaine wore off.

Most unprofessional and incompetent service providers and staff. Months after my plan of care was agreed to - was told by the office manager via telephone that additional work needed to be done to continue. They could not correctly bill my dental insurance for services that were covered so services kept getting denied - instead they attempted to have me pay more out of pocket than was originally agreed - with no explanation. I regret ever contacting Aspen Dental. I was just a number to them - not a patient there for medical reasons. Totally disappointed and recommend no one use this dental office. Would give them a 0 rating if it were available.

First time patient. Went in for an emergency, was out the door within an hour without anymore annoying pain. Staff were very courteous, and accommodating. Will most likely be a patient for life.

Great facility with great workers. The only downside was I needed a teeth cleaning and there was no dental hygienist at the facility today.

What great professionals. They made me feel right at home, from the moment of my clipboard info, exam, X-ray, to what I could afford for my brighter and can't wait future. They left me inspired but yet humbled that I waited this long to encounter these great human beings. And with Abby working with her heart warming personality, helped me with a payment I could afford after triple checking on what my Work coverage health care plan would cover... Great Job #AspenWB Can't wait for Phase2.

The dentist is great the office is terrible!!! Tried to charge.me when my insurance covered the procedure. Asked me to come in early then I waited an hour. If I didn't know what my insurance covered I would have paid $250 today

Vey happy with the service I received , dental hygienist was very thorough and gentle. Abbie was able to find a plan that fit my budget .
